The mag on the cyclops looks weaker on DSNs than on the latest upgraded cartels... anyone know if the cartel crystals fit DSNs?
What do you mean? The mag is much better on mine than any of my other non-DSN PAMs with date windows. Pic re-hosted.....

I have an edie lee 183 with swiss movement. The case and cg look great to my uneducated eye, however experience tells me that daily use will destroy the cg threads. Also it needs lume, cannon pin and water proofing.
I contacted vac but he tells me that he'll have to make a new case to correct the cg problem.
Is there anyone who can take care of all these problems?
Umm..the 183 doesn't have a CG (Crown Guard). Do you mean the crown itself?

again... I'm really into ur 29! that's stunning!
Thanks! That seems to be everyone's favorite (in my collection) right now...plus it'll be even better with the lello DW which is on it's way! I'm iffy about the 250....it seems to wear bigger than the other 44mm and I don't know if it looks right on my wrist.

Thanks everyone!
Here's a few of my 250g on a brushed bracelet. (moved to first post)

Thanks Dluddy for moving this to the PAM section....since all the watches in my collection are currently PAMs.

What's to think about Zig? The fact you already have the paint colour.....il segno del dio, no?
Hell, if you do, I may even buy the thing from you
Wow...absolutely amazing! Wish I had some of your skills.
-
Looks really good. Must have invested quite a bit into it. Did you also swap out the date wheel? Your CP looks nice and flush as well.
-
Way before DSN came out with his 089, I modded the heck out of this one from the cartel dealers (and spent too much $$ and time doing it): DSN minute & gmt hand, DSN caseback & sapphire, Vaclume C1/C3, Lello DW, polished cannon pin, reworked cg and sanded lug pins, and Rex serviced & regulated. If I'd known DSN was gonna release auto PAMs, well it would've been a different story. It runs like a top though!
Interesting how our dials are different....the L Swiss Made L placement especially. But I've looked it up and both gen versions exist. However I'm not sure which belong to which series. Can anyone chime in in regards to what series mine would belong to given my L Swiss Made L placement?
-
Looks great, oncyte!
I posted mine too, although its not from DSN

That looks really good! Where did you buy it from?
-
How is the datefont? And magnification?
Was thinking of the 088, but your 089 makes a strong argument.
DSN's dw has nice thick font. He also uses a 7mm cyclops with strong mag.
I myself prefer the 089 because of it's anthracite grey dial and Ti case....it's all about preference my friend.
-
GOR-GEOUS!
Is the dial grey or light green?
Thanks!!
It's a brushed anthracite grey.
-
On the case where it says TachymetRE, it should say TachymetER.
Bezel would be accurate for a 074
-
Has Davidsen started using high beat A7750 movements yet?
Brown strap is nice: where'd you get it from?
Have nice weekend all of you
/korn
Brown strap was purchased off a risti member....sorry...I don't remember hte maker.
-
Hello,
Your wtach is very nice !
On which website did you bought it ?
regards
It's from Davidsen...one of the dealers here.
Great Pic...no reflections huh??? AR?Stock light AR.

I've had my DSN 089 for a while now and I think i got the CG to look the way I want it to.
I think it's "almost" the perfect watch! Only problems I have with it is the noisy rotor and the thickness of the indicies/lume.
Anyways....here's a pic!
-
In the picture with all 3 straps, the middle one is made by me. It is my A2 leather custom strap.
And if anyone wants to buy it...let me know. The buckle portion has shrunk from 24mm to 21mm......however the tail end stayed at 24mm....don't ask me how.
-
Is that a DSN 89?
Yes it is.
-
I'm sure not doing anything quickly on this one I've finally had that Angus 111E Ultimate dial above modified, with lume filling the indices, and a matte texture:
...The edges of the markers and numerals are a little soft (because they're formed with SL, and not paint), but from a normal viewing distance, it's pretty impressive. And there's a ton of Luminova, so the glow is extreme.
Looks great! So now that the T48 crown is available...which crown are you going to use?
-
Nice work!
Great strap on the PAM177 indeed. What is it?
Which strap on the 177 are you looking at....the first pics or the one in the group shot?
The first is Heroic 18's light brown....and the other strap is made by Theyo...but actually had some shrinking issues with it.
