this is really not the Sinn release I've been looking for... the factories need to release the sinns with the black bezels; I forgot the name of the model, but essentially its a sinn U1 or U2 with a black tegimented bezel instead of the standard bead blasted. They look awesome and its probably super easy for the factory to release them...

when I had mind it was waterproof out of the box; I showered, swam, and ran with it without a problem. This watch is meant to be abused! But, for piece of mind, I suggest you go to your local watch smith and have him pressure test it and seal any leaks

thanks for the tip by-tor, I was gna search the forums on how to upload photos, but im not really motivated to do much right now and yeh it looks great on the rubber, not to mention so damn comfortable. funny thing tho, I bout a nato strap for the upo because I was curious as how to it would, prolly worse decision ever, the watch is too damn chunky! oh and btw, 2112 is one of my favorite songs

Hey all, I have been looking into a pvd pam for quite a while now, doing forum searches and what not, and for a while I thought davidson was the way to go, but after reading about his QC issues, I might have to pass. With that in mind, what do you think about a pvd from one of our "trusted" dealers, joshua? heres the link http://www.joshwatch.com/pn00401-marina-sw...6497-p-799.html it looks like the pvd in the photos is brushed, but does anyone have a pvd from josh that can vouch for this? how is the overall quality of the pvd? how accurate do you think the watch is? or do you think i shud just say screw it and order a pvd from davidsen? please let me know what you think

who is this davidson/dsn guy I keep on reading about in the forum? I searched for him but only found topics about people who received stuff from him and nothing about how or where to order. asian clone. There is absolutely no way it is eta unless it had the stamps, if not on the rotor, then at least near the balance wheel... contact your dealer and ask them to refund the difference between what you payed for a swiss movement and the price of an asian clone...then if you want you can do a movement swap and get a genuine eta from ofrei and be assured that your movement is not only swiss, but that it is functional and not full of dirt and gunk like the genuine swiss movements from our dealers

anakin, can you tell me where exactly you ordered these tools from (thin screwdrivers, hand removal tool, etc...) also, is there any guarantee that otto's movement will be of good quality and not full of dirt and crap like the "swiss" movements we get from the dealers? if ottos movements are good and keep good time right out of the box then well, I see a UPO heart transplant in the very near future
