  1. How about Williamstown, good coffee/pubs etc. Just over the bridge from the city (close to me
  2. I'm in.
  3. Looking for a Chloe Paddington bag. But as it's for my daughter I need a good clear photo of it to show her first. She wants a tan colour, but not that metalic leather finish. If any one can help with a contact or a pic I'd much appreciate it. I have spoken to one dealer on here (and now a friend who I have met personally) but his pic was not what I am after.
  4. Free photo shoot valued at $285 (5 shoots only available.) I’m looking at adding some more car photos to my portfolio. If you, or someone you know, has a car that is something a bit special or unusual I’d love to photograph it. I will be a bit picky about the cars I shoot for this offer, so please email me a snap or two of your car first. For your trouble you will receive a photo shoot valued at $85 (will be shot in the Hoppers Crossing, Melbourne, area) and a 50x40cm enlargement valued at $200. (5 shoots only available.) If you’d like to see just what I have in mind, go to my web site at http://www.members.optusnet.com.au/mpurves01/index.html and check out the CarArt page. mikephotog@gmail.com
  5. Was watching an episode of one the CSI shows the other night. One of the "highly trained" investigators takes a Rolex off the dead body, places it up to her ear and declares "No ticks, it's genuine" !!!!!!!!! So I'm guessing my Omega AT from Kings is also genuine on that basis.
  6. The boss and I usually have a bottle of red between us on a Friday afternoon, or a few beers. Sometimes other afternoons if the mood strikes. But if we fall down, at least we work in a hospital lol. And the "reds" are usually supplied by happy clients as a bottle is our "currency" for a rush/urgent job. ("And he works in a hospital?" you are thinking to yourself. Just what does he do there?) We have a monthly lunch with others in our profession (usually a table of 6) which lasts for around 2 to 3hrs. I am in Australia...so maybe that explains it ! Sad to hear about Steve Irwin, didn't like his work (most Australians don't) but so sad for his family. Also, alcohol consumption keeps stingrays away....it must....have never seen one in the hospital!
  7. Interesting site for Homage watches....but look at the prices !!!!!!! Makes a great promo for our beloved dealers. http://www.wholesalecentral.com/tictocwatc...amp;catid=58304
  8. Yep Kenberg, Melbourne here. I was a member on the old site. Proud to be a "King" customer.
  9. Mont Blank, Tiffany etc. I know they are available on ebay, but would prefer a RWG dealer if possible.
  10. Who has rep cufflinks available?
  11. The Rep and Authentic side by side for comparison. Keep in mind that the rep is photographed on an angle, but is the rep hour hand a little too long? Is the orange colour in the rep really so different from the authentic or is it the lighting?
  12. I only have one rep at the moment, an Omega Seamaster AT, gold on silver face, from King. But would love to meet up with you gentlemen next time you have a Melbourne meet. 2 photos of my AT on this link: http://www.members.optusnet.com.au/mpurves01/Photos.html This site is a work in progress and not promoted to the public as yet. Cheers, Mike mikephotog
