  1. MR. DSSD i hope you don't mind me calling you that. Great job man. thanks
  2. sorry to hear about your watch. the same thing happened to my 21j dssd, it just stopped i wound it 20 times, just like freddy333 said, and observed. it worked. but i noticed that when i shake the watch, the rotor only turns about three to four times. i compared it to my 21j sub, it turns so many times and stops only after about 5 secs for a single shake. so i opened my dssd, turned the rotor, and noticed it touches something on the base. what i did was, unscrew the rotor, placed a drop of teflon based oil on the bearing, screwed back the rotor, closed it and shook the watch normally. well what do you know, it now turn so many times, and it's much less noisy than before. hope you get yours fixed thanks
  3. yup, bigger pix is much better i really would love to see what you did to the pearl thanks

what did you do? you should place the watch directly under a lamp for about a minute your watch is new. normal lighting would not charge the lume especially the new ones. that's what happened when ireceived my dssd. after doing that, normal lighting can now charge my lume easily btw, my lume is blue on pearl and hands, bluish-green on markers hope this helps thanks
  6. i really don't know what kind or brand it is. i just bought it in a sachet. also it doesn't lume that long.
  7. i was looking for a blue lume it was not available at any watch store, in fact they didn't even know it existed. actually i just finished repainting my bezel white again if ever i can find a blue lume, i'll do it again thanks
  8. offshore, i don't dive but i think you're right, it would have been very useful
