I THINK IM IN LOVE W/ MY BCE. 1st off - THANKS TO JOSH for super fast shipping (got it within a WEEK) The DATE centers perfectly and looks pretty Gen, "TACHYMETRE" is all there.... it even has some LUME ( not radioactive like SL but its there) MY BEST REP SO FAR!!!! ok, so the crown is not stuck. i was able to change the time and date, however after winding the watch for like 5 minutes i was still unable to make the regular seconds hand move while the "seconds @ 9" are moving fine and the regular minutes hand responds to it. im guessing im sending it back

So i just got my BCE from Josh. There seems to be some problem with it. however. I can't wind it as the middle "thingy" (dont know the proper jargon) cannot be turned either way to wind the watch. Also it seems that i can't get the "middle thingy" out to set the correct time. The only thing thats kind of working is the seconds @ 9. Just realized that the minutes hand is moving also, but the "big" seconds hand is not. Should i just send it back? or what?

yup, had a problem last night. in my case the site would not come up at all - im guessing the server was down or something.

come on dude, spend some time doing research. there is plenty of info about BCE's. the one you are looking at sux simply because the date font is OFF and the price is tooooooooo high. i bet its no swiss movement either and the gold is never close to the gen color anyways.

yup....thats the plan. Getting the Crosswind dial into the BCE case once i get a 2-nd BCE rep. hmmmm i wonder if josh would sell just the updated DW (which from pics looks almost spot on) for those who don't know, apparently Breitling is No.2 when it comes to the number of watches it certifies every year with Rolex being No.1 and Omega following closely at no.3 And yet there are virtually NO SPARE gen parts one can find on bay or anywhere else.....suxorz

i've searched already. The problem is that Breitling date wheels are NOT the usual ETA ones when it comes to the font. i've looked everywhere and except for the "Lello" (or w/e) character who makes these and who apparently is in retirement i did not find anything relevant. I put up a message in WTB section about the DATE WHEEL, hopefully someone will be able to help me out. I know for sure that the date wheel font on any rep will bug me to death so im trying to find authentic one b4 i make any other purchases

also, how do people solve the problem of the Date Wheel font being off? Its not the usual ETA one . I tried to find one online but it seems there is no place that sells them.

also, a little off topic.... found this awesome Crosswind dial with Roman numbers. The Gen Crosswind measures 42.7 mm so now im wondering which rep would be good to drop this in? None of the gens from the '07 catalog have the same size i wish The Zigmeister would stop by and give his opinion on what dial swaps (BCE, SA etc) could he do. (i already read his review on this subject but he does not specify what have / have not /could not be done)
