Had a customer come into my shop today. We started talking watches. He told me he has this gold replica that he bought for 2 grand. He thought he could that much if he sold it... Until I bursted his bubble.

I agree. My wife has taken a liking for my watches. We are that weird couple were we have the same size wrist/ring finger/shoe... So she generally grabs a watch out of my case everyday. Although I recently bought a sunburst blue sub off a member in here.. the second I opened up the package and had the band adjusted, it went on her wrist and in her jewelry box! I think it's hot as hell!

so, i was digging around in the back of my shoe repair shop trying to find a nice skin to make a strap out of. i stumbled upon something i had no idea was even back there! Freaking ZEBRA!!! without the hair of course (im not a pimp from oakland in the 70s) just had to dye it brown and.... i know its not perfect, but i think im headed in the right direction... forgot to add the picture of the back, its lined with english calf skin.

so the wife and i got a new weekend car i need a new watch to match it.. I'm so torn. none of my current watches feel "right" i was thinking of a rolly? or something along those lines, every time i get in there wearing a omega, pam, u-boat, ect. i feel out of place? i need your expertise!!

honestly, i have always worn the really expensive bla bla bla bla bla was out with the wife getting her some of the versace perfume that she loves oh so much, and i was browsing the men's stuff they had. i am a car lover, so naturally i asked to smell the Ferrari cologne, the red was no bueno, the black however... lets just say when the wife smelled it, she let out a slight moan i have never heard outside of the bedroom.... so Ferrari Black is what i smell like.

Not to jack the thread or anything but 5 years ago i had meningitis and encephalitis. Almost died and i lost a few months of memory + had to re-learn how to walk/talk/ect. when i was well enough to finally come home there was a tag link that i had evidently ordered from Andrew sitting on my bed. was better than Christmas! for me its roughly a week. couple times it was 2 weeks, but that was during the holidays. and i swear, after i order a watch i don't check the tracking on it 9348473 times a day........

Was talking about it being a 24 hour movement. i know about making a profit, i would be surprised if the factories spend over 20 bucks on the best rep movements. and i know that this watch is complete shiτ. was saying that if i can buy a shiτy watch on eBay that has a 24 hour movement, why can it be made by rep factories? they have not produced one yet...

generic ăss watch that is. in my search for 24 hour watches i found this pos on eBay for 56.94 shipped... lol, they were so sure of the quality of this piece that the case back was already off when it arrived. its a true 24 hour watch though... just thought i would share. the big question is: if i can get this for under 60 bucks why cant the rep factories make a movement like this?!!!

ok ok... here is a pic of her. (yes i exaggerated on the black bar. was in a hurry....) and as far as it being girly, that really dosnt matter. she hates the color pink, or anything that a "normal girl" would wear. the one that she really liked was this only problem is she hates yellow gold, why are the hands gold? are there any like this out there that don't have gold hands? oh and she loves big watches! not 90mm big, but you know.

here is a tip, don't be an idiot and check any watches like i did got to the hotel, opened up the bag, my tag was MISSING! called the airlines - now that was a retarded conversation.... "we have no record of a watch fitting that description in the lost and found" "could it have been stolen?" "oh no sir we do strict background checks on all employees". lol!!!!!!!! doesn't rule out the possibility of an employee having good taste in watches :/ was a tag link from Andrew. just sooo glad i didn't check any gens!

my wife asked me if i could "maybe get her a pam" those exact words. she likes the "vintage looking ones the best" i have never heard her talk like this before. i think i'm in love all over again!! so which one would look the best on a sexy chick? i was looking at andrews pams and i cant decide on what to get her? any ideas?

well. i own a few shoe stores, along with a couple shoe repair shops. i've been in the shoe business since i was a kid. which means i can do pretty much anything to shoes. one of the easiest things to do is add an arch support. also just got a badãss little ozone generator thing that is a little larger than a shoe box, that you put shoes in, push a button on it, and the shoes come out in 8 minutes with absolutely no scent whatsoever. a lot of people have a problem with how new shoes smell, and people also have smelly feet as i'm sure everyone is well aware of. so i'm not worried about that. just mainly wondering if the shop is reliable?
