  1. BTW girls love the 212 :winkiss: From all my watches the 212 gets the most attention from girls. About accurancy, people really do not know much about Panerai. Most people here in Amsterdam have not even heard of the brand so only WIS know about the lack of AR, engraving, movement, crown guard, saphire glass etc. Nobody ever asked me if one of my PAMS was real or fake, just comments about the beauty of it. If i wear my Rolex sub i get "is it fake"questions about all the time.

  2. Hi

does anyone know this seller on ioffer??

Username 'TOS' and watch store 'MAXXWATCH'

    http://www.ioffer.com/i/11080804

Id like to get in contact with him so if anyone has bought from him please send the email address.

    Thanks

    Joe

I bought a swiss PAM from him before I knew this board. Nice watch but now since RWG I realised I payed $100 too much if I compare the same watch from the dealers on RWG.

  3. I'm off to Thailand with my Seiko-on-Bob on Thursday. What I return with is a different matter. :D

Looking forward to see what you take back from Thailand. Can't wait for the pics. :D

I'm off to Thailand, Laos and Cambodia for 1 month begin November. Also with just a Seiko Monster on a NATO strap. Hope I'll take a lot of reps with me when I return.

  4. I've had my rep for 3 yrs now and it looks and runs as perfectly today as the first day I got it....is this a rare thing or have any of ya'll found that your reps have held up over the years just as well also?

Thanks for for any replies....

I have an asian Rolex Submariner bought 12 years ago in Bangkok (Patpong market) that is still ticking <10 sec. a day without having a service. :3a:

BTW I paid 15 guilders for it then, that's about 7 Euros now

  5. Anyone else had this problem?

Wait a few days. My first was a 111h, after that PO 42.5 orange. It had to grew on me for a few days, now i love it. After the PO in order: Tag Heuer Indy 500, PAM 212, IWC Jones Viagra and IWC GST Chrono Ti.

Wear them all, love them all. Every watch has it's charm although I would not buy a watch smaller than 40 mm anymore.

  6. In the last 60-Days I've purchased a BP and both the Black/Silver & Brown/Viagra Jones'...

    Love all three

Here's a picture [crappy at best] of the Viagra...

The minutehand has on top a spot "rose-gold(?)", I have exactly the same on mine Viagra Jones. Is it a flaw or is it just accurate?

  7. 6.5" wrist here, you need to get another bracelet from Paul with all the links, if you ever want to sell the watch.

Very few of us have skinny wrists.

Not only from Paul because i guess Pugwash did not had it from him and we have same bracelet. But i don't think I will ever sell it, i love this watch. I think when you have bigger wrist then 7 inch you do not fit the "standard" size of the bracelet but need extra links.

  8. While my watch is in Canada, the bracelet is not!

I have a 6.75" wrist and have removed two links. The only text on my bracelet is IWC.

I received my watch with 11 standard-sized links and there are three non-standard ones each end and one 1.5x link. I have 3 links on the bottom-side (at 6-o-clock) and 6 links on the top-side, along with the link-and-a-half (at 12-o-clock) and it fits me perfectly.

Thanks for the quick answer. I guess I have the same bracelet as you have. Also 11 standard-sized links and there are three non-standard ones. Mine also says only IWC on the clasp. But when I look at the pic http://www.wo-mart.com/images/productimage...050/W2030-8.jpg I see "swiss made" written on the inside of the clasp.

This "swiss made" and also the fact that I did not had to adjust the bracelet made me thought i had a different watch/bracelet.

  9. Hi you all,

Yesterday i have received my IWC GST Chrono Titanium from Paul (wo-mart). I paid with Moneybookers and after 10 days I received my watch. I really really like this watch. It's beautifull. I have paid 155 Euros for it (incl. shipping), that's really cheap if you compare it with the prices from the other dealers.

When I had the watch out of the package first thing I noticed was that the bracelet was really short. I have about a 6.5 inch wrist and the bracelet fits me perfectly WITHOUT adjusting the bracelet. When the watch was in transfer i read the "how do I adjust the bracelet of the IWC GST Chrono Ti" by Pugwash because I always had to adjust the bracelets of my watches with bracelets (PO 4th gen, Tag Heuer Indy 500 and gen Seiko Monster). This was the first bracelet i did not had to adjust and fitted perfectly right out of the box ever.

When I compare my watch with the pictures from the wo-mart website, I also saw on the pics of the website that on the clasp the words "Swiss Made" was written. When I look at my clasp I do not see a "swiss made" written on the clasp.

Do you guys know if there are more versions of the rep IWC GST Chrono Titanium? A few guys here also own a rep IWC GST Chrono Titanium, do you guys have "swiss made" written on the clasp?

Did you had to adjust the bracelet? I ask this because my 6.5 is below average size (I think) and I think a lot of people need extra links when they received this watch.

  10. I can't comment on the samurai but I have recently acquired a seiko orange monster.

The quality is outstanding, in fact I like the watch so much that I ordered the black dial version also. :clap2:

I'm wearing my black monster on a NATO G10 strap today. I LOVE it!!!
