You also have the Yuki option - where the hour hand "nose" is a little bit longer than on the one from Clarks. That's what I chose for my rail dial 1665.
Hmm, interesting info indeed. A good friend of mine was at MBK on my behalf a couple of days ago just to find out that the stock was VERY limited (like only a few pieces available). He didn't do any further investigation though, but your info sounds like a very reasonable explanation!
Thanks for sharing.. Much appreciated!
That was my impression as well and the reason for not mentioning him. Don't want to flood a "ordinary" member's inbox with PM's. Narikaa on the other hand is a dealer who would love to get flooded with these kind of requests..
Any trusted dealer should be able to source you this one. Just ask for the "Ultimate/ 1:1" from the Noobfactory and they should know what you're talking about. I would go for a gen ETA or Sellita version if available, but that's just my personal opinion. However, I've never run into any problems with a clone movement yet.
I like your style Angus! As you know I'm still a PAM virgin and a good loser deal might push me into taking that first plunge..
Hit me a PM with an offer I can't refuse!
Ah, sorry about that. Been a while since I held it in my hands so I was wrong about it being the part closest to your wrist.. But here's an old pic of mine indicating the part to give an extra bend to get a tighter and more secure clasp lock:
Hope this helps!
Is there a consolation prize for us losers Angus? A raffle loser discount on that sweet 359 might help to heal our wounds..
JK.. Thanks again mate for supporting our community!
Nice looking GV DaveR! Had one exactly the same (noobfactory) myself before and it's a great rep!
I did have a small clasp issue on mine in the beginning which made the locking mechanism weak - but a quick little bend of the clasp part closest to your wrist (dunno the term) took care of it!
