Off topic.. but a friend of mine just got the Bently big date white dial with stick markers.. 49 mm .. wore it to the gym today.. looked very nice.. he's 6'5" so the watch didn't look big at all.. love the big date on the Bently..

marinamm "payed" you in November.. you got your money he has not rec. any watch.. so he should get a refund.. not watch no tracking.. no ticki.. no laundry.. no excuse.. cause you should of tracked it .. it was after all money in your pocket.. and your responsibility to follow through with tracking.. which you "said" you did.. and if you did not pay for tracking it should not be anyone's responsibility but your own..

You mean chief not Ziggy.. I have a rep UPO crystal that I can send in for you to chief.. the cost for the AR is 50 usd.. I'll take off the AR on the rep .. the genuine is a little over 200 usd.. and chiefs is definitely a better coating.. it will take a couple of months to get it back to you.. and after you exchange crystals .. mail me the rep crystal you have in the UPO now.. so I can have a spare to send into Chief for the next member..

It's finally here gang We are in need of donations to a raffle to see us through our winter months.. it's been a long time since we had a "ticket donation" raffle as the past several have been "giveaways".. Can I as xslyyx why it would take a month to receive the watch or watches,(after you mail them).. and why has marinamm not received his DSSD??.. and weather you sent it with tracking or you haven't, if you have where is the tracking number, as you say you have it?? and do you have the funds to reimburse the members? As it seems that marinamm should receive a reimbursement of all funds.. and please don't say you sent it and it's not your responsibility.. if I gift someone something then I would have the right to send it however I feel would be best, economically.. but if I sold someone a part, or watch.. I sure would cover my backside.. If you missed my point .. it is.. there are too many inconsistencies and too many different stories from the start.. if all these are mere coincidences.. that is what we refer to as: "catching lightning in a bottle".. So you sent it.. but marinamm has not received anything nor did 2 or 3 others.. I would say.. refund the monies.. and "if" the members receive the watches in 2 or 3 weeks then they can forward you the money back.. I don't think it's unreasonable .. seeing that you are 100 that they will receive the watches.. sounds like a fair deal given your sincerity.. why not do it and not only insure you are telling the truth but as they 'trusted" you.. so you should trust them..

This is an interesting discussion for me.. As I like to take pics with gen as well as faux boxes..and tags.. but to have paper that are not gen does not appeal to me.. this brings an interesting question to mind... (for me) I use my gen papers from an Explorer if I do take pics.. but to create an illusion for myself with documentation.. I don't find the need for it.. as the box and tags are enough.. I do collect vintage Rolex boxes and anchors, but I wouldn't bother going out of my way to secure rep. papers.. but different strokes.. AC/Lani

this is not a 3131 clone.. but the rotor placement is the same.. in the very middle of the movement is the tiny screw under the circular cover.. it's held on by a little rubber glue and can be removed and replaced without any added adhesive.. the screw probably came loose and just need to be fastened.. nothing else.. but make sure you have a good set of drivers for this and not the hardware store variety..

If your talking about "intent" to "defraud" with counterfeit documentation.. we have no idea what your talking about.. We are "hobbyist" and work on watches.. not documents..

IMO.. A good number of the "Super reps" are brands that are not very high on most peoples radar.. they're not ultra expensive.. they do not have the "Rolex" name.. Are affordable for the average income... And let's face it most want the watches that are out of reach for the average person.. the Daytona's,.....The Panerai six figure vintages,.....et all That being said... the reps that are really spot on..imo.. (as far as "spot on" can get with reps) won't get a lot of attention..Why ??? because you can buy the genuine. If we assume that all here want the replications that cannot be bought for less than a bank load of cash.. ergo.. the hobby evloves into modding and genuine parts to franken the rep.. And with rep boards being so eclectic as far as geography and personalities.. the one common denominator we can all agree on is the grail watches that we desire .. But this hobby or rep collecting is so addictive .. because now all the watches that we desire are within reach.. but it now becomes finding ways to improve on the basic case etc... Top 5 ??? .. top 100 if you ask me.. AC/Lani
