the model I have in this thread is a new release and has a 28.8k A7750 movement.. but the rotor is the most quiet and smooth out of all my HBB reps. the comfort is the best out of of 5 HBB's I have.. this is a different maker form the past HBB's. and most importantly the best priced.. especially for a full ceramic model. go here>PC HBB full ceramic I need to take more pics.. this HBB shows more black than it appears in the pics. my A7750's have been going strong for a couple of years now.. much better than the older 7750 reps.. these are the 'A7750' as opposed to the older "7750" Welcome to our newer members.. stay with the dealers on RWG's site.. and you won't get scammed.. if they are listed on RWG you can feel safe

regarding the crystal..

sounds like the one where the rotor spins when manually winding.. the watch needs a full service.. the gears may be all gummed up.. .. may be the case with the second one also.. taking it to a watch smith in the States.. let alone to find one that will work on reps.. could be pricey.. your best bet is to have them replaced.. however you work that out with the seller is up to you and he/she.. if you take it to a watch smith of your choosing and it breaks later.. you'll be out of pocket even more... this is the issues that are common in the hobby. hope you can find a win-win situation.. it will probably need to go back registered.. and as gift.. 30 usd.. no mention of rep.. but the seller should give you instructions.. Yeah but, 90 usd that was your deal Freddy.. not everyone can call in markers for that price.. I was wondering about what would happen to your "in box" when you first posted the gen crystal

that sounds about the time line.. I think since Rolex has toned down the visibility of the engraving.. looks kinda cheesy to me.. some of the other members could nail it for you though..

2002 for the anti counterfeiting etched coronet on the crystal the M and Z series have the engraved chapter ring.. some reading on the gen foras suggest they cannot give a definitive as to why some Z models have them and others don't..

I need to check sixx.. I have a spare .. but it may have a scratch on it.. not sure..

I had the same problem when I had Explorer as your experiencing ding.. got firefox as my browser and like magic.. no issues I actually like the firefox features much better .. explorer does not work well with the forum,,and I had issues with it elsewhere also..

I have a replacement bezel with the corrected colour.. true, no one really will notice the AR under the mag.. but as a "hobby" to get it, for lack of a better word.. more grammatically correct.. I have sent my crystal with the mag removed to chief.. it's on it's way back to me and I'll attach a gen cyclops on it, and then remove the ar all but from the bottom of the cyclops .. yes, it is a timely project.. and not really an essential part of the rep.. but as a hobby this is the fun part.. to get it as close to the genuine without outright buying a gen crystal..and it cost about 150 usd less if it works these are the kind of projects that make wearing the rep more rewarding than buying the genuine... and since I have the CHS.. in for a penny... yada, yada...... you may have to try your hand at painting the markers T.. looks really glossy.. it should be a flat ash grey

I'm putting in an order to DSN in a little while.. I'll order you a 111 AR crystal.. we can sort it out later.. I'll add it in with my parts order and take care of it..

If you want one without AR.. I have one I polished the AR off of.. I can send it along with the rest of your shtuff.. but remember the rep crystal has some 'lense' effect to them no matter how much you polish them.. but I polished this with my dremel and then removed the swirls by hand polishing.. just say the word and it's yours..

My play with my own reps denz it all of them need some amount of work and money invested after Purchase.. and even after that improvements can still be made.. it is always an ongoing project.. my Tudor 9411 Snowflake is going through it again.. with a genuine 2784 movement.. So if the lume is good.. there is not much more you could do in sourcing another watch.. looks like your almost home with the one you have now.. lume even SL takes a couple of day's out of the box to charge up.. charge it for 30 minutes under a florescent lamp.. go to sleep with it on your lamp table.. check and see what it looks like when you wake up.. if it's still glowing.. it's all good..it won't be glowing mkadly.. but if you can make it out in the dark.. gtg

Dunno AC.. they are from different makers and when this is the case it could be a fraction of a mm but it would make all the difference in the world.. dunno until you try.. cause no one else has ..yet..

I don't think you need to worry about the rain or if water splashes on the bugger.. I just wouldn't submerse it..for any extended amount of time.. AC/Lani

if the lume is already modded..and you need the CG worked on as you would any other rep.. the scratches .. if you get a dremel.. which you will need anyway down the road.. you can buff out any scratches you incur later.. live with the pin for now..it is not noticeable... my move would be to keep what you have.. maybe Snead can cover some of the repair work, like the crystal repress .. since it would cost him anyway to have it shipped back..that way it'll be a win-win.. with you and Snead.. Later you can always look for a Jimmy fu CG and better crown.. that would be my play.. if you return it and get another 111 um modded.. you still have to do the same things ..maybe more.. like a re-lume..
