The hide comes from Louisiana.. and is not illegally obtained by poachers, it is regulated.. no CTIES certificate is needed when sending them overseas for manufacture.. but when they are completed a CITIES certificate is needed to be imported "back" to the USA of other Countries.. makes you wonder why they don't just manufacture them here.. trade laws for more money??? I wonder.. A CITIES certificate involves government agencies.. and money that would have to be reported.. the reason a of of vendors don't follow through.. to obtain one the vendor has to go through his/her government.. and you know what paper trail that leads to. so the CITIES is to insure that the hides are not coming from poachers.. or another way to look at it is so the money stays with the powers that be.. If you can buy reptilian straps from within your borders it would be better.. I buy mine form HK.. if lost (and I have 3 lost).. he will replace them.. no questions.. I think what makes this on so cool is I've been wearing since yesterday without discomfort .. the ceramic bezel weems to have been polished -then brushed.. unlike my other ceramic brushed bezels this has a unique sheen to it.. with eh fine brushed finish it goes from silver-ish to black polished in different lighting.. hard not to keep staring at the all black sil.. great AR too btw..

The ceramic bezel goes from silver to black and just on the verge of being polished but is really lightly brushed as the genuine.. see the pic of the gen in the background. I should mention the quality is excellent the pushers are smooth not like past versions.. where you have to apply a good amount of pressure to depress the chrono pusher..

The all ceramic Ayrton Senna is probably the most comfortable of all the HBB I have.. I believe it's due to the ultra soft strap.. and the light weight of the all ceramic case.. I'm not overly concerned with how this matches to the genuine.. I'm sure there are errors..but as a watch .it's all black on black is fun to view..I hope you have as much fun viewing the pics as I have had taking them.. thanks for viewing.. ..not surprised, that is the model I was going to get Ubi, but opted for the all ceramic... should be by now.. a little strip of soft cotton with an adhesive back alleviates the strap issue.. members used to tape it so it would not be noticable on the area that pinches.. luckily I don't wear it long enough to be a burden..

That's the "superdome".. T-39 the one I want is a "flat" T-39.. the difference is in the domed profile.. which the Comex uses..I have the T-39 gen and Clarks on 2 of my 1665's.. but opt for the flat for a project I'm gathering parts for.. this one>Here

if you already wear glasses there is a attachment that I've seen watch makers use .. it attaches to one side of the frame and you can move it up and down.. pretty cool.. and I would expect it comes in different mags.. it's personal preference how you use the loupe I guess.. I find when I keep both eye's open it is less strain.. I have astigmatism and eye strain is a problem for me..
