What about a 000 Logo?

I've had a couple of people interested in this 000 already because of the dial being closer to gen. Did I luck up with this? lol. I am also awaiting an Arktos, Daylight, and 111H. Just got into the PAMs but getting into it heavy.

What would it cost to have a watchsmith put a different dial on one of my rep datejusts? I already have the dial. The dial has no prongs on the back that attach to the movement, it is smooth. Will this be a problem? I bought this dial for $80 USD and is a gen dial I believe. Also, would it cost alot to swap crowns? The datejust I am trying to mod currently is an A21j with everything rep but the bracelet. The crown I have is actually a gen crown. Would it even fit? This is my only gen rolex.....

I've noticed since I have been coming to RG and RWG that most of the Rolex models I have been seeing are the sport models...... Submariner, Sea Dweller, Explorer, GMT, Yachtmaster, Daytona. WTF? Where are the Cellini and the dress models like the Datejust or Day-date? And even Air King! I rarely see these pop up anymore. I want to see some dressy Rolex eye candy!
