Can you measure the rehaut of your case?
-
It looks gen but way overpolished for that amount of money!
-
Looks like some of the sleuths over at VRM called him out on it immediately too haha
Those sleuths, are respected members from this board.

Saw that service dial from E, wasn't bad. 6000 is about right for that gilt dial, even though it's kind of unaffordable.
I wanted to start a very low cost 6536/1, build with gen parts under 5000 euro without the bracelet. It's doable but you have to wait a very long time to have the right parts for the right money.
Just need a 1030 movement and hands to complete the build
-
Awesome! Have you seen this dial for sale?
Jup I asked a price, it was only 6000 euro's.....It's a well known member on VRF btw
Emanuele, from VRF sold me a gen early service dial for 1000 euro, I can live with that. A dial from Ivan was an option but to expensive and not gen.

I remember a thread on VRF where those inserts are called not original. Ray, a guy that sells stuff on the VRM had a long 5 super font for sale.
This was way back in time, will look for the threads.

More then Just nice! Good job.

If I remember right they fit a 2784 as well. If not just change the bearing from your 2784 to the yuki rotor.

You need one link for one connector, cut it on 1/3 from the link you need, using a dremel. Put a springbar on the cutted link and fold the other side around the springbar.
When done, make a cut in the center of the link.

There you go

Most of the pictures are gone, but this is my way.

The thread is from Akira. I used a hollow link for my bracelet, cut it open with a dremel and bend it around a springbar with a plier. It's realy easy.

7836 bracelet on a 5513 and he claims it's original
-
Mmhhhh, I think I saw gen 7836 bracelets with the 8 shaped end link on old GMT's
-
Ok mislabeled a watch, it can happen
They where 100% sure it was a genuine 7016.
It looks like a 79190 but the crown guards are to fat and it has a 6mm crown?
Also watchcase number 737731 is a well known fake 7016 serial.
-
I warned the original seller and Chrono24 but they decide to screw someone else.....
2200 euro for this?
-
It doesn't matter, he really won't deal with anyone without a personal reference.
Right, in short. Money talks and open Doors.
-
I don't understand why it's difficult to contact Ivan?
Since the fake dial show on VRF, everyone should know him
Try his website: www.swissdialco.com
-
She still does, just ordered a few bracelets.
-
I used a plier, very easy.
-
Someone should rep them again, TC?
