as we're just getting re-established here, it's important to remember that when people get/got flamed it was because they were being lazy (or disrespectful). people that think that this is/was the helpdesk. this is not the case at all. however, when a person poses a well thought question and has done research the story is completely different. i think that you'll find that most will bend over backwards for a person that goes about things in a respectful manner. i know from my own research whom i believe has the best tt blue sub, but as i do not own one, i too will let others far more knowledgeable respond.
