i managed to win a vintage watch off ebay with a 7734, but it has a 30 minute counter - what stuff do i need to convert it to a 45 minute one?

Hi everyone, I'm just about to pull the trigger on a ballon bleu but need some help. There are two version available: and Ive been told theyre from different makers, but the second one has a better dial than the first one, but the datewheel isnt as good. Would it be best to go for the second one and find a datewheel somewhere else? If so, anyone know where i can get one? Thank you!

thought i'd share this with you lot! ordered the new 42mm PO and J12 Marine from Mary awhile ago, everything fine and dandy (as usual.. Mary is ace) shipped from China 19th January, reaches UK 23rd. then.. instead of shipping to the York depot where i am, Parcelforce forward it to Newport (?!?!?), who instead of shipping it to the correct depot, decide to ship it back to China. this, after i email them 3 times receiving confirmation that its on its way back to York. BRILLIANT.
