..judging by the first photo, A7753 is just ready to have minute counter on 12 and on 3 at the same time...You can use the position you want A7753 was designed to ... match replica makers' needs
Anyway, date wheels are not compatible.

Endling fitting isn't bad - it is more a problem of lighting than real problem of a gap. The endlink is usually shown under the shadow of vertical surface of the case (which is not flat but rounded one). I have tried to make a closeup to show this:

I really cant understand what the big deal is with these new version reps...???
After having several reps this one gives me "feels like a gen" smile all the time... it is so good
My hand is bigger than Seraphe's one so these photos are for "236 on thicker wrist" look

..to squeeze gently using vise while protecting corners of crown protector (maybe some soft wood will protect it during operation?)

Well I'm not much of a teacher but here we go (...)
This is the end result - moving from 70% to 95% ...still a little work to do to perfect but far happier
Hope this is of some help
Well, another additional idea:
- we can see that the crown protection is NOT flush to the case
- we can remove crown protection and COMPRESS it a little bit (as shown by arrows on the photo)
- this way we can make it more flush and move the lever a bit to the outside
You can make the lever flush this time, I suppose

Hmm... interesting. Is the crown spring loaded? Even it it is SL one - when there is no way to push crown deeper due to the tube blocking crown movement - no one even recognize the crown as a spring loaded one
I have spare t-crown SL, maybe I can swap crowns when I got my 236... we will see

both dials have incorrect "STAINLESS STEEL" letter spacing. Kxxxx/1000 has better "100m" and smaller fish symbol, closer to the gen. Well, maybe, since the engraving is so deep I can sand off just Kxxxx/1000 serial, polish whole caseback GEN style and then laser engrave correct serial number again? I will try it, I guess...

Not trying to hijack this great thread...but I'm just off the IM with one of the dealers who confirmed the factories have currently run out of correct casebacks for PAM236 and will be using Kxxxx/1000 for the time being until the new Kxxx/500 casebacks with sequential numbers will be made.
This is Quality Check photo from Josh using this new Kxxxx/1000 caseback.
On the other hand this CB has Officine Panerai logo which is not shown on Kxxx/500. It is better to decide what to have: logo or correct numbering since gen has both.

The solution or better to say -prevention, is to not overtight the screw between these welded parts. That is why it might break. Better use Locktite and avoid it.

do any of the dssd reps come with a reali titanium caseback?
Ultimate from Joshua - that's real titanium and in proper cone-like shape.

There is another point in this topic, I think.... I have several gens and several reps. Buying watches and wearing them develops something in your taste of watches. Your first watch purchase is based on your first taste, gusto. With the next watch you will buy something a bit different, your taste of watch design changes a bit, develops itself. I can observe myself - my taste definitely develops with every watch purchase I am making. Buying reps can accelerate the process greatly! I would spend the lifetime to develop actual desire for watch design buying only gens!
My A7753 PAM 250 Arrived.
