hi all, here the pam 6152/1 vintage model with rolex crown. strap: bob brown buffalo with this basic model i will start my vintage project. several workings with the dial, case, front glass, movement, strap. new pics if this vintage pam is completed. the pics here enjoy yourself !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! cheers rolli

Pam232 Pvd - Final Pvd Project - 100mm Macro Lens Shots

hi, each part of the case ( without caseback ) got a ceramic/corundum bead-blasting and pvd coating and must be separate. important: under the bezal is a gasket. in the case tube is a o-ring gasket, in the crown is a o-ring gasket. please screw in a stem ( not your original ) in the crown, the stem is then a holder for the blasting and coating. no blasting on the thread ( crown, case tube and the case thread ) screw in the little screws in screwholes for lugs. the thread is protected and the screwheads become pvd coated. cheers rolli -

hi, maybe is this also a challenge for a pvd project. important is: that the bead blasting mixture is a little bit other. 60% ceramic-glass bead and 40% curundum bead. this mixture for blasting makes the pvd coating more dark anthracite. cheers rolli

hi all, these pictures are from the panerai fair 2006. here you can see the new pam models in ceramic. when i saw this radiomir in black, i said to myself, this is great, this is one of my next pvd project. but not with a 45mm case, better is a 47mm case. here my result. http://www.rwg.cc/members/Pam232-Pvd-Final...ots-t21416.html a pam111 pvd is also completed. pictures come as soon as possible. and another pvd project will be a pam104 pvd. cheers rolli

hi, the bead-blasting and pvd coating is made by a special local company for special pvd coatings. the super lume is from rc tritec. it's a mixture of w9 = 60%, c3 = 20%, c5 = 20% , and it's made by my local watchsmith. cheers rolli -

hi, thanks, yes, i have seen also this ridertab flaw today. it will fixed. i swapped several asia 7750 with gen 7750, yes the date wheel will fit. you can buy a gen 7750 date wheel from a distributor, mostly only color white. cheers rolli -

hi, i purchased two gen swiss made valjoux 7754 gmt movements ( based on 7750 ) from a local distributor, for my pam089 ti gmt and pam252 northpole gmt. i paid for both 750,-- euro incl tax ( $973,-- ). i'll give a review as soon as possible. cheers rolli

hi V, i totally agree with you. to the point relume, i've bought from rc tritec 6 gram super-lume-set with 3 different powder, w9-c3-c5. price, 148,-- euro. with this set my watchsmith can relume 6 or 7 sandwich dials with hands. the cost for the watchsmith each sandwich dial and hands are 100,-- euro. for me this is correct. and the result is top. cheers rolli
