  1. Its like this, 5s is too small and you could not justify its cost, note 3 is just right(price) but its too wide for my small hands, m8 or z2 will be more better on almost everyones adult size hands, oops cant miss the lovely G3 too LOL

  2. Man this is funny I had the same situation as you but I never looked back and traded mine to the note 3 no doubt I am highly satisfied with it prolly this phone I will keep for at least 3 more years, the fact that the bill of materials total for note 3 is ever higher than the iphone 5S is where it nailed the coffin for me, but for now the main choices other than the note 3 is the xperia z2 and htc m8, that will give you more confusing choices LOL been an android lover since 3 years though I have an ipad air too

  3. Just read this article over at WUS, OMG, I am starting to worry with regards to my franken desires, maybe Omega SA and Swatch also started to worry over our Frankens and almors 1:1 current Planet Ocean Reps, Jeez
Ya'll Omega heads better be hoarding those gen parts soon enough, I hope Frei & Borels will not be affected by this move.

Warning - Omega and Swatch restricting parts supply

To those considering purchasing an Omega, or any other Swatch family watch, you should be aware that Swatch have just served warning in Europe that they are going to restrict parts supply.

    As quoted from Cousins.co.uk

'Swatch Group advise Cousins that the supply of watch parts is to totally cease after December 2015, this will affect all brands including Omega, Tissot, Certina, Rado, CK and Longines.'

This is terrible news for all Omega owners and independent watchmakers and will have the effect driving all servicing and repairs towards Swatch, which as we all know is overpriced and is often overkill i.e. If your watch merely needs a crystal you are forced to have the whole watch serviced even if has already been serviced relatively recently.

For those who do not live in the EU who don't believe this will affect them, please remember that Swatch and other manufacturers have already implemented this policy in other territories and that many independent watchmakers worldwide now purchase parts from Cousins."

  4. I can't seem to find this watch in 42mm with black dial. I found one dealer with it with blue dial and blue bezel. I would prefer all black for this time.
FYI yes it's real titanium and watch out for the noobfactory version since they jus released the black and orange CrPOs, 42mms not yet out, i am waiting for the 45mm Titanium CrPO Noob Sent from my iPhone 5S using Tapatalk
  5. I was browsing in the Omega watch site (As always LOL) and I noticed there's a new SMP Chrono Diver version (heads up hardcore SMP Chrono Divers co-fans!) there are two sizes now a 41.5mm version and a 44mm version.

  6. it is cheaper but if you plan to go ahead and do a franken, it won't accept gen parts without hard modding it and I really mean hard modding, I know theres a guy who had this version but still managed to do a franken on a very tough basis, otherwise you can wear this everyday and enjoy noobs telling and complementing how good this watch it.

  7. I used to have this rep 4-5 years back, now it is with my brother, to be frank the quality of this rep is below average really, from the removal of links to getting your good fit was a nightmare, it had no microlinks, it had the screws helding the links together and would easily break, loose thread and eventually get stuck..arrrgh those were the days, immediately I jumped on the rep game before discovering these foras RWGforum, RWG, RG, RWI and had these canal st quality replicas that taught me which is the best and worst in the game, you may wanna make this as a base for a franken since it has its sentimental value to you mr, kashayakar.

  8. Thank you for alerting me about the bracelet problem. I actually thought the older version looked pretty cool and almost went for it. Now I changed watch to the ceramic bezel seamaster. I hope it works out this time :)

the old bracelet had screws helding together the links and it will easily break (i hope you don't have this version), the newer bracelet has a pin and collar like system helding together the links. yeah to each of his own, yes I have the new blue version, I have been wanting the gen old version (6 9 12 markers) since my college days, can't help staring at my profs SMP,

you swapped the stock bezel with the ceramic one? if yes please post pics!
