  1. .... the rep-rubber only comes in black, the complete set for 99$.

APBands rubbers come in several colors (Blue, Yellow, Red, off-white,...) and cost 120$ ... but if you sign their news-letter you will be informed for SALE´s offers and discounts.

    There is NO other chance.

BTW ... there are not too many colors that would match a ROO ... what are you looking for?

  2. As I do have 2 separate collections ... a gen & a rep one ... I only talk about the gen collection while in office.

I did arrange some gen-watch-deals in the last 2 years within my company as I am known as a watch-freak, but I do have good connection to some major watchdealers in my hometown, so thats easy for me.

  3. Dear All,

I just had some time to play this morning so I decided to play with my AP RO 15400, the newly released 41mm version.

As I got a GREY dialed piece (me love grey) and I knew it is fantasy anyway, I wanted to get rid of that bloody glas caseback....at least make the inacurate movement not THAT visible.
I found some foil that works in the copy-machine, designed a new logo on my notebook, had it print out on that foil, cut it down to fit the inner side of the glasback....unscrewed the back, placed the "decal" inside (no glue needed) and VOILA, a new star was born.

Now I have a SPECIAL EDITION AP RO 01/01 named GREY ... the caseback says No.0001 anyway, so that fits the bill.

Let me know what you think..... :D

  4. mmmhh, I believe you will see no chance to just screw a standard 26mm strap to the watch as the C1 rubber is specially curved to fit the lugs.

But you might find a good strapmaker who can copy the style of the original rubber and use the metal inlets for a leather strap (did so with the first AP ROO strap that ORLOFF did for me).

    Good luck anyway.
