  1. By the way, Mark has a higher beat model of his $400 version. I think I'm pulling the trigger.
  2. Great idea. Actually I have a bunch grayscale markers in my studio I think i'm going to pull the trigger on the $400 timeshop version.
  3. How about "tinting" the white numbers with some sort of gray wash" I'm not sure what we would use but I think it could work. Any ideas??
  4. Well if they got the date window correct I'd probably pull the trigger. Maybe there is a way to tint the white as gray, I could live with that. Does anyone have any ideas?
  5. I noticed that one fell off today and I've only had the watch for a few weeks. It's going to make me insane if I don't find a replacement. If you know where I can find one, please hit me up.
  6. This is the one I am patiently waiting, and waiting and waiting for.

  9. I think the name for the faces that look like carbon fiber is..... carbon fiber. I'm sure they'll make other version of the watch. I would love to see some sort of an all black version. Way too much bling on the current versions.

  16. AP Royal Oak, Hublot Big Bang, Richard Mille anything.
  17. Hey stoonad. what you need is a big BIG Rolex or somthin' very big.
  18. Yea, i think the gens are "almost affordable" I'd save up and get the real deal. You'll be happy you saved your $$$ and bought a real one.
  19. "THE" camera to get is the new Ditgital rebel with a 50 or 100mm macro. I have to shoot products all of the time and am getting this camera under the recommendation of many fasion and product photographers I know. They all heavlily lean toward Canon and they all use a D1s. The more hardcore product photographers use a meduim or large format with a digital back. YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG WITH THE DIGITAL REBEL!! Buy the body and get some good glass. skip the oem lens. The nikon D50 is nice too. Unless you make your $$$ as a shooter, no need to spend any more $$$. All in all, you can get great photos from a not so pricy camera. The most important thing for product photograpy is good lighting and the best tripod you can afford.
