Great looking DSSD! I love mine!
-
Looks awesome and for a great deal! Well played!
-
Awesome watch! I still have a real sweet spot for the DRSD!!!
-
Save your money.
Honestly, +1... not a good enough watch available
-
That's tough! I got a watch before that came DOA and I was so [censored], I vowed never to buy another watch that I wasn't holding in my hand... eventually, it subsided and here I am with new watches! It sucks now and probably will for as long as you can remember but it'll get better.

After that thing gets blasted, it's going to look effin' awesome! Cannot wait to see pictures of the final product!!!!!!!!!!!
-
it's a shame they don't have one, the Monaco is a sharp watch! What about the Monaco Concept, I've seen those on the sites... I know there are a few issues with them, though.

Look on ebay.
+1... if is tough to say this one or that one because the only things I have a rubber strap on is my Seiko Arnie and my Luminox Navy Seals watches, both were stock.
Wit the said, I've been looking at changing out my Navy Seals strap for a rubber Maratac strap, might be worth checking out!

Gents,
Can anyone point me in the right direction to pick up a high quality replica of the above?
Thks
Go to the main page, scroll down to the dealers section, and contact Joshua... That's the answer you'll more than likely get from anyone on here!
And welcome!

I can relate to this post in two ways... First, I was never a big Rolex guy. I had always considerednthem too classic looking. Yet, of the last four watches I have bought, three have been Rolex models (16610 Sub, DSSD, and I have a 1680 Red Sub on the way). There is something about the classic look lf a Rolex.
Second, as I just said, my latest watch is a 1680 Red Sub. I NEVER was into vintage watches, ever (did I mention never?). Then, one day, while perusing the forum, a Rolex with a dome caught my eye. After that, it was over... I had to have one! You mentioned you don't want to spend a fortune and I admire that, I wish I had the control you did! Thanks to Bill, I have probably the finest watxh I'll own on the way!
Up until this point, my DSSD is my absolute favorite watch. I have a feeling once I get this Red Sub, my DSSD will take a second-place seat. I say go for it! Buy yourself a vintage Rolex and enjoy the hell out of it!

Buy a fast convertible!!!

The ones that flew out of here went to people that struck me as folks who would cherish them. I suspect that we'll be seeing some incredible modded watches over the next few months.
Bill
I will! And more watches in a couple months... I need to start saving and selling stuff so I'm ready!

Thread dive!!!!!!!!

Any way you could post some pictures? I'm not a member but I'd like to see the watch!

Reported!

In the US, find an authorized dealer and go there... There isn't a lot of variation in the price between dealers, it seems.
-
Who has the best Sub....
Thom, have you tried searching? Without buying one before, the best answer I can give is the typical answer giving when asking where to buy anything: Josh.
-
Looks awesome! Mine isn't a BK but I still love it!
-
I asked the same question (and I still do! ) but the answer nearly always given is the sellers can advertise it but there is no quality check when leaving the factory... Maybe they put it together perfectly, maybe they forgot a seal, you just don't know.
Bottom line: get it checked!

sounds hot!!!

That's a great looking watch! I want a 253, unfortunately the one that was up on the sales thread was only EU!

That's a great looking watch! Think a rep is in the future?
