  1. Interesting movement on that logo. Great find! The only movement i've seen on a logo is the last pic on the bottom.
  2. Yes, this one turned out really nice. I'll eventually get the correct OP Caseback. For now It'll have the display back.... the Hamilton's too nice to cover up. A real Gen crown too maybe, something about the T48... seems like its beveled and not totally squared off.
  3. Just wanted to share my new Franken 001/111 Gen Dial Gen Hands Olds School Case - Long Lugs, No Strap Notch, Small Crown Guard DSN Sapphire Crystal without AR T48 Crown Movement - Hamilton 6497-1 JimmyFu Unbranded Caseback

    PAM 000

The only zero to have " L Swiss L " were the G-Series.
  5. Hi, Anyone here own a Gen 111 with the sandwhich dial? I'd be interested in seeing what the case looks like. Lug shape, length and if it has a strap dimple/notch. There's been talk about PreV / PreA cases and what to look for.... how about more recent Pams. So if there's a Gen owner that wouldn't mind taking pics, It would be much appreciated!! Thanks in advance!!
  6. I just received this exact case.... it's actually not tooo bad for $40. Its probably not correct for a Pre-V since it does have the notch for the strap, but it'll be good for other models. I finally got a DSN dial to fit without having to trim/shave the dial. Overall the case looks good, only draw back is that it has a glass crystal. CG looks nice and polished, and the crown looks to be a copy of DSNs crowns (looks real close) and its SPRING LOADED!! The caseback is unbranded... not as well made as the JimmyzFu casebacks though.
  7. I've been going back and forth at photos on paneristi.... i gotta say that these dials are nicely done. Way to go FGD!!
  8. EL was great! I sold an EL Pam 111 F/G w the painted dial last year and have regretted it since. Now still in search for another one to get it back.....
  9. I agree... a V CG is a must for that awesome dial!! And eventually a T-48 crown if T decides to make them. Hows the availability of the dial? Seems like your the only one that has one.
  10. jitai, Did you have to trim/shave down the dial to fit it into the case? I have the same DSN dial and for some reason it does not fit a std rep case.
  11. Why not just show the caseback and then open it up to show the movement? That'll clear it up pretty quick.... no need to see the papers.
  12. Dont do it.... You can only use thin dials on Ruby's 036 case. Your 112 dial is a lot thicker and might result in some metal scrapping that'll end up on the movement.
  13. Nice 005! Dsn's CG looks a lot better with a palp crown.
  14. Why not swap the CGs with your gen zero? A Jimmy case with your zero cg would make a good combo for a 112G... since you're also looking for a rep base. Post pics of your gen zero too please..
  15. Dave, I'm one of the lucky ones that bought a piece off your collection. I'm the proud recipient of one of your watches Thanks for the sale!!
  16. For those who have the rep 036... Besides the L Swiss L that should be T Swiss T, is it accurate (Case engraving, caseback engraving)? Post pics too
  17. Yup... those base sausage dials are long gone. Been looking for months. So if you ever bought the $105 Base Pams from Trevor, you got yourself a great bargain.
  18. The dial....hmmm Is that a 113 dial with recessed seconds hand, Gen?
  19. Great find!! Nice watch... those base suasage dials are hard to find nowdays Been looking for one for a while also.
  20. Yup... DSN has the OP 6520 Dxxxx/1200 on the D series Just need a proper base dial.
  21. Knew it was you... just didnt want to name drop just in case it was inappropriate. Anyway, any chance of working with DSN to produce the dials mentioned? He has a 2D caseback and a zero sausage dial to work with. They just need to be refined and better text printing. Also, the rep base sausage 112 and 000 are actually really nice and accurate... just need correct "A" text and proper "L Swiss L" spacing. Unfortunately, they are no longer being made.
  22. That DSN 010D is very nice.... has the correct D series caseback that would work well with a 002. If I remember correctly, DSN had input from a member to get the engravings correct.
  23. I'm in for a 2A !! Base sausauge dial I hope this goes to plan....
  24. Nice 113 Here's my DSN.. but I requested an E-series. Just need to get a better E Caseback
  25. Interesting..... the possibility of correct Pam dials. Hope this goes to plan.
