Hello, especially to my Norwegian friends, If anyone has seen the movie Hodejegerne or Headhunters as its known in the English speaking countries, I am sure you would have seen the beautiful Gold Hublot on the hands of the protagonist Aksel Hennie. Can anyone please tell me the exact model?? Its a great movie btw and I love Norwegian films. Also loved NOKAS, which was about a bank robbery. Great watch.

Is this price justified for a used Gen Safari strap?
greekgod replied to greekgod's topic in The Audemars Piguet Area
That's great price! where did you get yours from mate? -
Guys what do you think? I think its a rip off personally for the amount of wear there is on the strap! I have seen gen straps go in pristine condition for $200. I made an offer actually of $250 coz I got carried away.... lucky it was rejected! Safari New dial with silver number lining swap?
greekgod replied to greekgod's topic in The Audemars Piguet Area
yeah true but i guess it just brightens up the dial....and I cant do much about the date window being to close to the edge of the dial unless I get a gen movement and gen dial and hands and get the watch a few millimeters thin!! -

OH I see, well when I messaged my TD Andrew from Trusty time he said you only get the dial and not the tachy ring so I wanted to check if they went together in terms of colour? But if you say that both are availabe now then its fantastic!! Could you tell me which dealer please? Hello Guys, I am hoping to buy a Bentley Flying B soon and would really like the gen Alligator 24MM strap (761P) for it. However its really expensive without digging too much in to ebay or other forums for better deals. I wanted to ask what would be the best alternative to this which comes as close as possible in appearance and quality to this strap. I will be putting a deployant. thanks

Guys today I saw one gentleman wearing a beautiful Panerai, however I was not able to identify the watch. I can describe it for you so may be I could fine out what it is. So it was brushed case (not the 1950 style but the normal one) and bezel. The dial was either blueish or greyish or just black but I dont know why it feels like it had light blueish appearance . However the seconds subdial was white/silver in colour. Also it had all the numbers written from 12-11 but I am sure 12 and 6 were in bold and had bigger font size. It also had a date window with cyclops. It was a beautiful watch and I am sure it was a gen. Any thoughts?

Thanks Pete I was thinking as to why these werenot discussed as much as the noob factory products...... any particular problem with the Movement and the xtal? And like you said the case is indeed quite beautiful ....shame you had to get rid if them!
