  1. This is really sweet... Do keep us informed dude...
  2. Oh thanx for the info dude... Wear it well...
  3. Great work dude (repaustria)! Wear it well, fritz... you must really be enjoying it now... Erm... by any chance you have a genuine Bentley GT dial? hehe...
  4. Amazing...Beautiful... I'm lost for words... Looks like i'm finally gonna have to get this... and i just got my Bentley GT a week ago... damn... Btw dude, do you by any chance know whether the ar coating is done on the inside or outside of time crystal?
  5. I fully agree with what The Zigmeister has mentioned... these so-called "Defects" truly make one's watch unique...one of a kind... and if you're really not satisfied with your watch, contact the dealer... maybe something can be worked out? And for 200 bucks, one should be saying, 'Relax dude, it's only a REP'... oh btw, if in doubt... check out my sig below, by the master of frakenwatches, ubi...
  6. That's right.. as most of them did advertise this movt as "swiss"...
  7. Oh I see... Yup, as always, Jay always comes thru, top guy...
  8. Yet another AMAZING post from the master- The Zigmeister... It seems that PAMs with this so-called "new eta 6497 movt" were released about 2 months ago, and the problems are only starting to surface now... Maybe we might begin to see more members with similar problems in time to come? Anyhow, one dealer I know (I'm not mentioning names, though) coincidentally emailed me today that he has reason to suspect that these movts aren't etas after all... Mystery...Mystery...
  9. Dude, as what shimside11 mentioned above, you'll hear a very faint "clicking" sound the moment it's fully wound...
  10. Hi @madonna, You mentioned that you got the 'PANS081' from Jay, but when I checked his website, the caseback shown in his pics shows it to be a 'E0581/1950' case... I'm just wondering whether you got the right watch... Anyway, Jay's a great guy... Let him know and I'm sure he'll solve it for you in no time... Cheers...
  11. Don't think they're that freely available yet...
  12. Bloody incredible people... The epitome of watch modifications... IMHO at least... They even show how they go about their trade...
  13. Well, shows how bloody much they hate them rep watchmakers...
  14. Hey... you beat me to it, dude... But honestly, this is actually a great idea... I too, sympathise with you, Admin...and the BEST dealers we have here... .... And this is precisely the friggin reason why I'm using ubi's quote as my sig below... I'm praying this great place doesn't start rotting because of a few moronic asshats...
  15. Well, the number of factories is beyond your WILDEST & WETTEST dreams my friend...
  16. You're lucky dude... my new Bentley Gt ran for just over 24 hours and then it died... due to some spring connection between the chrono secs and secs @ 9 breaking and my dial collapsing inwards... Got my regular watchsmith to repair it and it's ALIVE again!! Basically, it's mostly QC issues (during the manufacture & installation of the movt), otherwise, this new Asian 7750 should run great...
  17. Btw Ubi, when you're sick of it (if you bloody ever do), let me know and quote me a price for it...
  18. Yeah... Words of wisdom... And enjoy your GT... it's really one the better-made reps out there, IMHO... Cheers dude...
  19. Great advice you should try @Faker...
  20. Hmmm.... Pretty normal, that... @Faker, just contact Andrew, He's a stand-up guy... I'm sure he'll do what he can for you.. though I personally feel you should save the trouble and get a reliable watchsmith to solve this issue dude...
