Hi watchlovers and especially U-Boat lovers listen up!! I talked to one of the respected dealers here and asked him if there was a change to get a good Quality U-Boat replica in the future. He didn't really know the brand and thought it was a fashion brand (because it was in a earlier topic) He looked up the website and and said that it would not be difficult to make a good replica of this watch, because of the right movements (eta and unitas) in the gens. I don't agree with the person who thinks it's a fashion watch. I think U-Boat does have a tradition in Europe and will be on the market in fututre. I would buy one of the newer models as a rep for sure and they are getting more expensive every year. Who would buy a good rep of the U-boat when it would come out and which model do you like??? I think it's also time to make some nice U-Boat replica's This watch has become pretty expensive and they are so populair in Europe at the moment. I think they will stay in the market for many years... The 46mm Bell and Ross is also a fashion watch ( I think) and the have a good replica from that one.

Silix answered me that they are different as the ones from Josh and Andrew, but that they will be good. He told me that he was not able to get his hands on the PO from Josh and Andrew. (Chinese corruption ?) The pictures on the site are not updated yet, so I can't tell yet. I ordered one allready, so I will post soon. Martijn
