@Lando Could you measure the length of the strap, short and long end? Probably better fit if you go with a short length strap for the deployant buckle since it would move the deployant buckle to the bottom of your wrist better. How big is your wrist? Anyways, would be nice to know the length of the strap. Thanks.

Am I correct to assume that the DW seems to be more to the left, as per gen, than a V2? Just seems to look more gen-like than the versions I've seen prior, maybe just me. May I ask the size of your wrist and how you think it wears in comparison to other watches similar in size? Could you measure the lug to lug length?

hi all, I contacted Vac to do a custom build for me. Project will be a 201/a & 202/a non-matching dial. I am after a sort of burnt orange non-matching dial (numerals will be orange to replicate the oxidation of the tritium due to the varnish, while hands will be off-white due to not have the varnish). I have posted the dial Vac has below along with 3 other pics of gen dials for comparison. My preferred dial is the LAST pics of the 202/a with the numerals being the MOST orange, at least to my eyes. I just want to try and match this color as close as possible which is why I am asking all of you for your take on which of these dials the Vac FGD dial resembles most. Can always try a different mixture to see if we can get a closer match. It could be my eyes playing tricks on me but I would like others to chime in to give me a 2nd opinion of the TRUE color of the numerals and which dial MOST resembles the Vac dial in color tone. OK please have a look and let me know what you think.

Noob here, Was just wondering if there was any way to mod the white hour hand on the white Ploprof as the gen has a silver hour hand. Any other tells from gen that I should know about with the white Ploprof? Any help would be appreciated. Thank. -NK

You could simply send me a PM if prices are not allowed, I would appreciate the info as I am a noob and starting to try and build a few. Actually, your last pic intrigues me the most as the 202/a non-matching dial is the first project that I want to make. That and a 201/a non-matching. I think the burnt orange indices really looks amazing. Do you know how to get in touch with Simon (FGD) as I have tried multiple times to PM him but it seems he is not responding? -NK
