  1. The engraving of the serial is a quite good though.

I wish I had that on mine :wounded1:

It can be pictures of two different watches.

The picture is horrible, and it's taken from a weird angle. This could be a Noobmariner, because it's the only rep that difficult to tell from the upright view. The cg's don't look right (although they're close). The crown is oversized and thick (as someone stated earlier) and the threads seem to be smooth and not refined correctly. There's also certain "plasticy" look on the rehaut & crystal "meeting point" on the CN-based reps (like the Nooby) which is difficult to explain.

The bracelet doesn't look correct, either. But the angle is really bad. I wish I'd see more pics of this. But I'm betting for a Nooby.

  2. @delta: I absolutely LOVE your collection. We have pretty much similar taste in watches. Some really nice ones there man...

Great pics too. Thanks for sharing, this was a lot of fun to watch. I wish more people could do posts like this.

  3. Sorry to say, but your picture is horrible, and it's almost impossible to see the details. That watch has horrendous crown guards and ridiculously oversized hour markers. The 6' hour marker almost hits the dial text. It's definitely not the "TW Best" Sub as we know it. That rep looks like shit.

Borrowed member pic of the "TW Best" Sub (sorry, I can't remember who posted these... they're from the old RWG):

  4. I agree with Pugwash. Steelfish SuperOcean is the best I've seen. Followed by TAG Link Chronograph and Omega Planet Ocean "UPO".

    Other really impressive reps are:

    Seamaster Chronograph "Bond"

Rolex Explorer II hour hand adjustable (the black version)

    Rolex Explorer I

Breitling Chronomat Evolution (the AR version)

  5. My opinion

Watchmaker9 have idebtical reps of tt, perfect, precious ecc.. but prices is very high

The forum of watchmaker9 is a scam, they cancelled posts whith critic valutation.

    NOT GOOD

I seriously doubt these Submariner cases have only been produced for Watchmaker9. There's a rep factory working on this case, and I'm sure the other dealers will get this same watch when it surfaces.

Watchmaker's previous "perfect" Sub was a ETA Noobmariner. I bet the new model will be just as "exclusive" as that. This is just my prediction though.

  6. The TT Navitimer was the best plated two-tone watch I've had. Including a gen TAG Aquaracer quartz tt.

The good feel comes from the natural heavy weight of a 7750-powered watch, and the solid bracelet. Actually the rep didn't have quite as good feel as the gen, but first oiling it, and then waxing it gently with Turtle car wax does miracles.

  7. My TT Navi was gorgeous... but actually it was a bit "overkill" for me... And besides, it didn't fit my wrist properly (the band didn't have enough links), so I sold it. And I don't usually dress well enough for a TT watch... just casual clothes for me most of the time.

  8. Good and honest review. And probably your best pics to date.

I simply don't understand that you don't like this watch though... and just buy all those black and boring Rolexes.

Just kidding man... the white version isn't really for me, either. And besides, I'm not a gentleman enough to wear watches on a strap.

All in all... this is an amazing rep, and the lite version is a good deal.
