I think the membership core is older in RWG. I don't mean the physical age, but we have been into reps and watches for so long... and we all pretty much own all the watches we always wanted. At least I can say that.

Maybe that's why the traffic has gone down... we already have everything? Pretty difficult to write new reviews when you don't purchase any new watches, huh? And as someone said earlier, there haven't been many new mainstream watches released.

If only they released some popular super rep... like a vintage GMT 1675 or 42mm PO, the place would be on fire again. The last huge hit was probably Skyland.

I never liked the forum vs. forum stuff myself... actually I find all that politics a waste of time. I have very good friends in all forums and I try to visit them all. It's the people and watches that matter, forum skin doesn't mean much to me. That being said, RWG is my home as well... TRC/RWG was where it all started for me, and the original "spirit" all transformed here. We have very unique chemistry in the admin team too... sometimes we talk very straight and disagree with eachother, but it never goes to personal level.

That's perfect. The best Sub without a doubt!

MBW reps of 1680 have wrong shade of red, but more importantly, they use completely different font. Unfortunately it looks nothing like the genuine Red Sub "SUBMARINER" printing, it's totally off.

Looks like the 4th gen to me, but I could be wrong. It's been years since I owned mine.

I'm really likin' it. Not sure about the mesh though... but the watch.

The blue being close to gen? That's amazing... maybe I'll get one for myself. Do you have any wrist shots with the Pro2 bracelet?

I wonder if Idealwatches and Replicacenter are still in business. They were the ones that almost got me. But "almost" is the key word here... it always sounded fishy, especially their message forum.

Some people simply aren't very bright. I have noticed it many times in my work. They can't help it... and when they're drunk, well...

Noob YM is actually better than this one... not to mention WM9 which would actually be pretty difficult to spot from the pictures. This one in the auction isn't a bad rep though... I believe it's a TW model.

@Gunnar: I think the most important mods would be the bezel insert and 2 x AR. The bracelet on my 4th gen (traded it years ago) was really poor quality too.

Loved my v1. Best SELs ever.

But make no mistake, as a rep v2 is superior. The lume is 99% gen-like.
