Not totally true - you can only use the gen hands if you install a gen movement - you can't put gen hands on the A7750 unless you broach the gen hands to make it larger to fit the Asian cp.

I certainly wouldn't accept them if they were scratches, but AFAIK, ceramic doesn't scratch leaving a white mark like that, so most likely lint on the case. The screwheads, yes most likely scratches so should be rejected. The Pam looks ok to me - the position of the hands might make the dial seem lopsided a little.

+1 on the Josh being as close to gen-like from what I can see from photos THe Kuvarsit to me just looks too orangey lume and too "new" if you know what I mean.
