Daniel not a TD but a wholesaler. Not to say if certain type of shipping was paid for and not done there is no recourse.

I'm of the opinion that as a wholesale transaction you must realise a higher risk yourself, which you answered in your initial post but   if you had agreed that shipping would be done via another country and paid extra for it then the shipping should have been carried out in that manner and the dealer then puts himself up for some of the risk if not all by doing so, although this is a mute point if the delivery is made in full.

That pretty much sums it up for me also, but if you guys use wholesale I can not intercede.   (pretty good idea who you used )

Well spending most of my time patrolling the sales area I missed this.   It would figure you went for the DSSD Legend it's the biggest Rolex around and after all the vintage ones I've tried to push on you.   I must say an outstanding build of the model and glad you opted out of the bracelet they wear like crap on it IMHO.   It is surely one of those things that I wear a 6538 on my 8.5 and you go with the DSSD.
