Maybe Michael Young could fix it?

Thanks,
I will order a new batch of screws and see how it turns out. The second case is for sure a 3135 one.

Hello guys,
Has any of you experienced trouble fitting a y3135 mvt into a 3135 case?
Actually, i bought a while ago a 3035 case and obviously the Y3135 did not fit. I searched for a 3135 case and found one two weeks ago.
Today, i tried to fit the mvt into the case but did not manage to. rrRrrrr.
The mounting screws are aftermarket but the shoulders seem to be too thick and prevent then mvt from rotating.
Any inputs?
Thanks,

Any feeback from thoses cases in terms of quality?
-
Very interesting...
actually, thats was the link is showing,
You must set your default settings to English for your OS.
-
Any updates on this oustanding project?
-
Right.There is no markup.
It's the idiots who are bidding thinking it's real.
You translated my thoughts more accurately than I did
-
At least this guy provides stuff within EU.
Buying from Yuki and his other colleagues is always tricky owing to customs issues.
The markup is somewhat insane though...
-
Whatever, the bids end up quite high in my opinion.
Are those cases worthy of the price every winner pays for?
-
True, I had to get Scott to extend my login for another 30 days so I can see prices.
Did you manage to buy something eventually?
-
It seems that you must have a professional account.Got it now thanks.
I would like to buy one of their 3135 cases for my yuki 3135

I can be very patientI have a drill press arriving this week. Give me some time to practise, and get used to it, and I will consider taking the work on, but from my understanding, its a very difficult task to carry out in order to drill exactly to mate with the already drilled internal lug holes. I have often, and even looked into dentist type angled drills which would make drilling lugs easier, but alas not found a positive solution.
I will sign up when you are ready

I got in touch with Domi who seemed to be a little reluctant to drill

Hello Guys,
I have got a problem.
I sourced what seemed to be a ST case. Then I bought a y3135 I fitted it with a gen 16800.
The issue is that y3135 doest not get into my case. It is too thick...
Thus,
I was thinking of getting a TC case that I would have drilled by somebody else.
Do you know of some one in EU (preferrably UK) that would be able to drill the lug holes for me ?
What is your opinion about this option?
Thanks,
-
Could be that the dial's feet are bent slightly. I always look for the stack centering as well as the date window. Which dial is it?
It is a gen 16800 dial with WG
-
I reverted to a TC dial that fits perfectly with the DWO.
-
Great idea!
I have a virgin 16610 case awaiting engravings
-
Yes I had to.
-
I just got a set of 501bs from WSO and they fit perfectly on my 16800 case.
-
This tip has not worked with my DWO.
The tens and twenties remain left justified. I will try to refit the dial once again to make sure it is properly set on the spacer ring.
-
Hello,
I seem to have a problem fitting the TC DWO V3 with a gen 16610 dial.
I did my best glueing the dwo onto the date wheel and notwithstanding all my effort the date alignment turns out always slightly left justified.
Has anybody experienced this issue?
Thanks
-
They must be able to machine some nice cases with such amazing tools
-
Thanks for your feedback.
It seems that one must have a professional account in order to buy from them; is it right?
-
And get a far better price than what they reached on the bay...
DW back on ebay?
in The Rolex Area
Posted
Hello guys,
It seems that DW is back on ebay with 1680 and 7032 cases.
(I may have missed a former thread on this topic).
Do you have any insight into thoses cases (more particularly the 7032 case)?
I feel like gathering parts for a 7032 project.
Thanks,
