Hello,
Has anybody dealt with cubic-works lately?
I ordered a couple things a months ago and no news since then (nor order comfirmation)
I tried to contact him through his paypal address; address does not work...
Weird and worrysome
Thanks

From a legal point of view what actual proof do they have?
Your watch was allegly a fake according to a watchmaker and you decided to pull it out. The elements they have are nothing. They want to scare you! Sending them the watch is the last thing to do.

I meant for vintage watches. Some seem to have been made manually.

Hello folks,
I have searched extensively but no clear answer popped out.
I was wondering how is engraving make on case. Is it manually made or a specific tool is required such as a Dremel.
Thanks for your insights

It seems to be fake in my opinion but could be good enough for a Franken?

Hello,
I feel like building another 5513( I currently own a nice 5513 with mbw Polex case and glossy dial).
I have looked up what is being offered by the well-known dealers (ndt, yuki..) and I am still trying to figure out which of them offers the best feet first dials.
Any thoughts ?

I seem to have found the solution : http://forums.watchuseek.com/f72/lesson-iv-romoving-date-module-actual-oiling-408354.html

Hello guys,
I have searched a lot but I have not been able to find any 'how to' pertaining to the removal of the date mecanism of a DG2813. Does anybody have a link or tips about how to carry this out?
Thanks
-
if youd like i can redrill them for you and attempt to get things straightened out. just pay the shipping
You're really a good guy

Maybe the holes were not drilled properly... Mine are perfect on my MBW 5513
-
Crown seems to be to low as well.
-
Steve built it up for me. He did a fantastic job. This guy is thorough and definitely a true gentleman.
-
I love it!
-
Awesome!.
I have the same project but the dial is with no patina and I have a Nos luminova insert. Just waiting for my modder to eventually become available
-
If you can put a gen dial without cutting off the feet would be interesting.
