Hope she gets well soon. Enbrel is an amazing drug, and I have seen it work for so many people, but humira and remicade are really similar, and may work out to have different prices. Also, think about clinical trials for any of these drugs, or even new drugs in development. The great thing is that drug companies have to do clinical trials in order to market drugs for children, and the same biologics that work for RA will likely work in JRA -- so these drug companies try to do these huge trials to get approval. Trials = free medication and much closer monitoring. Could be a great option.

Sunscreen. And use a retinoid product at night. There are some over the counter ones from neutrogena. Otherwise I recommend Atralin, which is 0.05% tretinoin in a hyaluronic acid base. Or, generic tretinoin, adapalene, or tazarotene (depending on how hardy or sensitive your skin is)
