  2. Whatever you do DO NOT :nono:  send it back to China! It's risky and turn around once it gets there(if it gets there) will be 2-3 months. Trust me I know I just returned my Breitling Seawolf for a dial change. Thank GOD it made it there safely but Andrew at Trusty informed me it would take awhile to get back because they only have 2 to 3 watchsmiths and they are swamped with work. I would HIGHLY recommend MD2020. He just serviced my new 45mm CrPO. He verified and checked the movement and made sure all the gaskets were watertight. His turn around time is pretty darn good! He's had my watches a few days and the works complete. He's now my go to guy. Andrew is a stand up guy so email him. I'm sure he would refund the repair fee and he'd much rather you have it fixed in the USA instead of the overseas hassles. Good luck and welcome to the addiction!

  3. Do the reps actually come waterproofed and able to go 100m under? Or is this an additional thing we'd have to do on our own?

Folex in my experience every rep I've bought that advertised waterproof :snorkel:  has been right out the box. I've swam and dived in my reps down to 50 ft :snorkel:  with zero issues. The only thing I've found is most of the time the case backs are loose(out the box)and need to be tighten down and of course the crown. I always take a look at my movements anyway so tightening the case back should not be and issue for most buyers. I use a small rubber ball to loosen or tighten my case backs. I'm not sure why guys are so paranoid about the whole water issue if you buy from a TD you should be fine. ;)

  4. Relax my friend a good rep will pass with 99% of the public. Even good some AD sales persons don't have a clue. I've worn my Breitling SA into a AD to shop and the salesperson complimented on how nice it looked on me. I've also worn my sub into an AD and got the same response. A good rep cannot be spotted from the wristie. Remember only use watch geeks are OCD critical. Soooo relax and enjoy to the max gents!
