Thanks for the quick reply! Can't resist I'm ordering as we speak!

Anyone know if the case back design affects water resistance?
I didn't see any type of rubber O-ring around the bullet area.
-
Nice shot Derik!!looks gen! How's the band quality? On the short list!
-
Why would you want to pay $100 for two guys doing it on a torpedo on your watch
LOL hilarious BUT.......that's the most accurate version!
-
Thank you Indy for your replies.
No worries my friend. Hope you get it fixed quickly! Noob Pam 243 V2 is currently out of stock! None of the TD's have it! But I want one!

Sweet!

Hublot Diver 4000 Oceanographic! It's a top contender! Only flaws are weight and texture of rubber strap.
-
+2 I own one and its definite contender!A huge +1. Fantastc rep.
-
Welcome to the forum Jonas! I have an Omega 007 for sale on the forum. Check it out and PM me.
-
Sweet! How much shipped?
-
The weight is off, HE valve does not work per gen(no 1000ft dives in this rep!) and the bezel is loose. I would say subjectively it's 95% gen.
-
Yes it's noob V2 Vac just fixes QC flaws relumes and pressure test. He's listed on this forum under modders. It's best to email him.
-
Thanks for the update TC.
Looking forward to receiving mine with the new DWO.
Managed to source a genuine LV bezel insert to complement it.
Where did you source a gen LV bezel insert??????

Thank you, yes she is the woman of my life. Thanks for the replies, even if it created more questions.Pure Time has only Sea-Dweller( http://puretime.co/product/vintage-sea-dweller-1665-tiffany-double-red-yellow-lume-dial-a21j/)TrustyTime has only vintage Sub.(http://www.ttw888.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_103&products_id=1805)At the risk of it becoming a "who has the best Sub" question, but what should you choose?
One last question, does anyone know a good watch smith who can fix a crown problem on my Daytona?
Sorry for my noob question....
Regards
Fredrik
Welcome to the CLUB! And well of course the man for the job is MD2020 he posted on this thread. Congrats on 10yrs of bliss!

Depends on who does it. Skill takes years to gather.
+2

I had a lume job done by him, ok, not worth the $$$ I learned never to mess with stock lume, I think it ruines the
watch, just my opinion.
Yea same here but it does glow like a torch. I heard Vac does better work but haven't tried him yet. Most relumers are expensive. I do agree if not done properly(stripping old lume and starting from scratch) it can ruin the look of your watch.
-
Awesome job TC! I'm ready for my TC SUB!!!!!!!!
-
I had a black ceramic PO and the clasp was great! I think the clasp issue is only with the titanium model.
-
Send it to MD2020. DO NOT send it back to China! Turn around is 2-3 months. Trust me I KNOW! See if Andrew will refund the repair amount which shouldn't be much for a stem replacement and service.
-
Yes it's a common flaw in this rep that's why VAC offers his version of the 243 where he lines up the crystal and bezel as well as relumes it.
-
Go for a TC sub!
-
Az I'll PM you with the pic not to jack your thread.

Also, the Deepsea had a change in its second year of production. Both gloss and semigloss dials are absolutely correct. There is no need to pay anyone to matte your dial.
I agree I wouldn't pay just to have the dial matte. PB "works" package includes a list of what he does to bring your DSSD up to gen specs.

Yes AZbank .. stay with the Euro techs. It's better that way. Just so you know, PBdad is not a trusted tech on this board.
Yes correct he is not a trusted tech on this board but he is on other boards. He's well known by many on other forums as well as RWG for his outstanding work.
