Got an update! Seems it was returned to you in France, possible illegible address or missing zip code. You should receive it in a few days. Also talked to Detroit Watchworks they never received it and first time they've ever had this issue. Watch repair guy Jason sends apologies.

Hey Indy, you're a good guy for picking up this ball. I would suggest using the destination zip code to figure out the actual post office it was last tracked at and use local directory to get the phone number of that office and speak to the postmaster there for starters. Don't waste your time with the national number, it is miserable and hellish.

Thank you all my friends !  I wasn't able to use the usps email called "where is my package" because you need to enter the tracking number and it dosen't work because it's a non usps international tracking number...I can't pass this step on the site !
However my tracking number is knwon by usps tracking.
 
I have tried to contact them by phone but i didn't got anyone...Maybe i did a mistake  when i chose the service(department) on the phone !

Yes I agree with @HorFan email is the best option. If you need any further help I'm off tomorrow and would be happy to assist in calling them if need be.

Star time definitely if you can get an order with them. They told me they only deal with watchsmiths. Their bevel crystals are exactly the same as gen. Then Clark would be next choice.

Did this ever get sorted out? I just put my first order in with Ryan at Intime. Communication was easy and he was very helpful and friendly.

I would never call any of my super reps or frankens fakes! When you add gen parts that changes the dynamics. They're not completely gen but at least deserve the title of replica.

Hmmm....you could franken it? If not I'd say sell for parts.

You can remove the scratches with a light cap cod polishing however this can remove some of the AR.

I just had this same discussion with another member. He seems to think reps and fakes are the same. I agree with OP! There is a huge difference however the average uneducated joe will think and assume they're all the same. Anyone watch youtuber Urban Gentry? He just smashed a fake canal st rollie on his channel and believes all fakes are the same. He's uneducated and has no clue of the real replica world.

Guys! I have both. I have TC's insert and I have a gen. I can tell this; if not for the scratch I have on the gen, it would be indistinguishable from TC's. Yes, it's that good! If there are those that put them both under a spectrometer or some other fancy machine to lull the difference on a micron scale of color or size; I'd say get a fracking life. Because your sorry human eye cannot tell the freaking difference anyway! Geez!
