I have a PDF of the Submariner story, too. But it's only 30 pages (and still about 200MB...). So is this the same version that you have, dan_189 or do you have the full book?

Mines 30 pages im assuming thats the whole book? How ever mine is a file you can download and read offline rather than just reading online

Thanks for your reply guys I have an all gen Sean (only case is rep rest is gen) wanted to see what everyone's thoughts on the TC vs Sean were. The over polished lugs are the flaw on the Sean but it fits a genuine 93250 so ill stick with it

I dont think you can actually mix and match clasps that easily. I think the only inter changeable part is the divers extension. A genuine divers extension does not fit the TC or the Sean.

How easy is it to take a part a clasp? I haven't seen that done other than taking out the divers extension

I couldnt find any not that I looked very hard! Its done now anyway when I looked subs were around 5-5.5k

Dan189 if you ever do another gen 3135 make sure to never ever buy the movement alone! Always buy a TT DJ and scrap the movement and sell off the parts it will break down the cost to a minimum. I paid 2,000 for a DJ sold off all the parts and only ended paying 900.00 for a fresh serviced 3135 great watch btw!

Thanks guys! The total cost is aprox 3.5k or so and yes near a second hand gen price in the US.

Its very different being in Australia though, typical ebay price (within Aus) is around 5.5k and from a second hand store I got quoted 6.5k for a 1992 without papers! Its insane here!

So it was all about the challenge, there were times I wanted to give up and throw in the towel but I made it through!
