We are now using 3 x i7-920 Quadcore server with 24 GB RAM. All three is behind a load-balancer, where 2 of them are dedicated webservers and the third is a dedicated DB-server. The webservers are running CentOS, with a custom setup of apache. nginx and Varnish.
Thanks I understood you even if everyone else thought it was Norwegian! Haha

Whats it running on if you dont mind me asking (hardware and software/app server).
-
Need pics!
Only in America might I add! LOL
-
Its a TC for sure, it has the same PJ code on it. The seller has multiples of these he had the same listing sell for $600 and used the same pictures. Its absolutely criminal to sell rep parts as Gen grrrrr!!
-
PS, thanks to all for the kind remarks also. dan_189 - it's about time you showed up in this thread!
Anytime, its a sweeeeet build! The angles on the V3 and the case are spot on gen!
-
Ya the V3 TC bracelet is silly good for $40 or $50 or whatever it was. The clasp though.... leaves a bit to be desired. I may just order a factory fresh gen 93250 down the road. But the idea here was to put together a relatively low cost beater franken with a fairly high degree of accuracy, so a gen bracelet at this point kind of crosses the intended cost threshold. I'm only in to this thing for about $1300 right now I think. Finding a used gen under $5k in good shape is almost undoable now, so I don't think I've gone overboard just yet.
EDIT: Upon double-checking 93250 prices these days, I think I'll scrap that idea. The TC V3 is just fine! I spent less for a factory fresh Daytona bracelet for my 16520!
I think a gen 93250 is slightly too small in width to fit a TC case, that one of the primary reasons I went a Sean case. The lugs on the TC do look amazing though!

Nice watch love that dial!
-
I checked I think the different thickness of the bezel is due to the different of 16610 and 14060
Thats interesting so youre saying that the 14060 and the 16610 have different bezels?
-
Sweet build welcome to the super 16610 club
-
Nice watch!

PM londongeorge he has genuine crystals if you want one
-
Great build its a TC case with a V3 bracelet, genuine dial, crystal and
Gen or TC with gen parts
Ok i say TC with gen insert, crystal from londongeorge and V3 bracelet
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
+1
Give-aways include:
- the "14" on the plastic on the 1st pic, was the same on my V3
- Bezel teeth dont look deep enough (definitely a genuine insert)
- Hand stack
I'm gonna play odd man out here and say Sean case gen components? What's the verdict
Lugs are too good to be a Sean case
Not a londongeorge crystal.
Londongeorges crystals are genuine and AR'ed
Congrats!

The difference is between a 16610 (which had holes and no holes 16610T) and 16800 which is earlier there are variations in the bezels. Someone else can explain the specific details.

I would make sure your gaskets are good in the bezel area cause if its to thick it will plug things up
Going to try a different bezel retainer when I retap the case
-
Could your gasket be causing problems?
Which gasket? The one under the crystal retainer?
Also guys quick question, if I was to retap the hole, what kind of tap should I be using a bottoming, plug or tapper? Ive read the size is M3 x 0.35 but which kind of tap to use:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:TapTypes.gif
All the watch parts stores look like they have the "plug" style taps.
Thanks

Nice! Finish her up so we can all see the results!
Going to be awhile still! going to try and get another bezel retaining ring and then replace the tube as well
-
Guys trying to tackle the next problem, non rotating bezel! errr. So ive got the retaining ring on, tension spring and click spring in and the bezel on and it wont rotate! What could the issue be??
-
Thanks to RSH for some info and a WM9 tube, I was able to get it out man its a PITA! But its out!
-
Im trying to do little as possible to avoid any damage and have been ok so far. But drilling the case isnt something im keen on.
Definitely a gen bezel so not sure what the problem is. I havent been able to gen the bezel on when the tension + click spring are there?? Dont wnat to use more brute force lol
-
Thanks for the heads up, is tapping the hole best left up to someone who knows what they are doing?
As for the bezel assembly I went all gen so I wouldnt have any headaches and everything would just work! So much for that!
Drilling out the hole sounds difficult and tedious has anyone done any write ups on the mentioned mods?
Thanks!

Good pick up its a rep. Reported

Wow Dan not sure why your case is giving you so much trouble!!! Mine went together like Legos
Its driving me insane! One of the 93250s is in perfectly with a 2mm spring bar, the other side wont stay in unless I use a 1.8mm bar and then its slightly loose! then there is the trouble with the tube and the bezel! Arggghhhh rep life!
-
Its actually giving me trouble! Cant get the all gen bezel assembled what could be going wrong??

Another Sean build...

Guys, round 2...
Does this look right? Its a gen tube, does it sit close enough to the case? Should that collar on the tube be recessed in the case?
Ive misplaced my gen crown somewhere so I cant test it! It will come up soon enough
