  1. You are right. I guess oldtimers and longtimers are not synonymous terms. Looks like this could be a new home?

  5. What a kind gesture by the RWG Admin. You guys are a class act.
  6. I love taking pics of my watches. Enjoy and nice thread TWP
  7. Many of you are right. This idiot will continue to buy from Josh and Andrew. Sorry. I like them and I like the service they provide me. Fast communication.. Fantastic pics on the sight. CC purchases. Fast delevery on products and after purchase care that I have not seen from others. I think they are beyond the RWG forum feedback at this point. Maybe the prices are higher but I for one am willinging to pay the higher prices for the customer service that I get. I like to be coddled and I can afford it. Geez!! This is a business and if you do not like them move on. Go somewhere else. I dare you. Would I pay 1000 for an AP, Cartier, HBB that I like damn straight I would. I also buy from Silix and look at DSN, TWP, Ruby ect.. I know the forum is to protect and serve. I do not see a boggyman here. Go collect your pop cans and buy from hooheng or someone. I post on multiple forums and you guys are the nit pickiest group I have found. Reps are for fun. They put smiles on our faces. Go look in the mirror and smile you might not recognize the face. TJ miss you on the other fourms. Hope things are better for you. Love you Vbarret nice post.
  8. He's yelling more watches please.
  9. Chief great buckle like will use him again. Nice 111 baltic
  10. I will be getting a fiddy and 187 in the near future and likely will use Greg again.
  11. Put a crazy horse strap on my Pam 243. 24/24 white stitch 135/85. Gotta love quality like this. http://gregstraps.blogspot.com/
  12. My wife is in labor so I wear my favorite watch.
  13. Lots of choices for this question: Omega UPO Omega SMP Breitling EVO
  14. Apparently now a Porshe Design watch. The original maker developer of the ETA movt. Was curious if this watch has been reped or if anyone could tell me how to get a gen. Seems there are no CONUS AD's for some reason. Like the porshe design anyway - but curious what others experience may have been if any. Great looking watch.
  15. Really???? - maybe I should rethink this. Although the gold thing - you know? It's only money.
  16. I too am smitten by this watch. I also agree that the price seems inflated for the 7750 movement. However, the argument of asking or advising others not to purchase a watch to see if the price will come down is foolishness. the market will bear what the market will bear and normal economic pressures will determine where the price will fall. My concern is really related to the gold plating - will it hold up? The black magic is more interesting to me at this point. However, I want the SFSO, VC overseas, Aquanaut, GMT Pepsi, Fiddy, 187, Arktos, Spitfire, Santos, Roadster, Calastrava 5127 and the list goes on. If you have the dough and feel informed buy what you want. Suspect from what I am reading most are holding back at this point - I think I will look more black magic and have to asign priorities for my preferences (likly SFSO next)
  17. Ask for different antibiotic next time. If you do not mind what type of infection did you have. The antabuse effect of flagyl is mild by most accounts.
