I would have gone with this one if I already had a matte dial. That is why I went for the 16800. I think Alligoat is right (again). There were no matte dials for the 168000. If I remember well, the chronology is 16800 matte, 16800 WG markers, 168000 WG markers, 16610. Wear it well and enjoy! Cheers Stephane

I'm definitely believing Trib' but again, even if genuine, the combo pearl + insert doesn't look like the original Tudors I've seen on the web. So, we'll need to find a way to vintage it indeed and incorporate it in an insert which is closer to the gen

Thanks Freddy. Well I didn't submit the movement to a watchmaker in the strict sense of the term. Tribal and MM are great modders but not watchmakers. So far, I have no idea what the problem is but I'll send it to Domenico again.
