Just got mine and it really needs a longer pin...it pushes out the uPO pin really nice and clean to a point, but a lot of force is still required to pull it out.

Yeah, I started doing a lot more RC exercises after I first recovered from a partial torn supraspinatus just over a year ago. I was using the cable station for most of my RC exercises. I thought I was doing ok until I got a little overambitious with overhead barbell squats last week. On the plus side, it isn't as bad as my previous injury...now I'm forced to switch my routine to more cardio. Ugh.
