  1. Most of the other traditional "rules" of dress don't really apply anymore in today's world,

Indeed. A few months ago, I was drooling over an Aston AMV8 in a parking lot...owner happened to come over and he was in ratty jeans, tanktop with sleeve tats down both arms...what do I spot on his wrist? An AP ROO Alinghi.

  2. Ya gotta admit, it's pretty funny that you would go and rip on my watch that is for sale with a Greg Steven's Crazy Horse (new) and a lot of similarities to this watch in principle (serviced asian, palp crown, professional SL).

I mean, hey, it's an awesome watch. Why someone would spend this much on the rep instead of just buying the gen doesn't make a ton of sense to me.

And it doesn't even have the world renowned CG!

  3. get some MSM take 15000 mgs a day(health food store or costco), 800 mgs ibuprofen 3x daily..... and in 2 weeks you will feel 100% better.. when you go back use dumb bells for a while...

I've actually got some celebrex leftover from what I first injured it. I've never tried MSM...I'll give it a shot, thanks! I use dbs for all presses. :)

  4. I've been a member for 18 years, so they give me free reign of the place! Slai, have you tried using rubbers or light weights to strengthen ur RC? Just do a lot of

Yeah, I started doing a lot more RC exercises after I first recovered from a partial torn supraspinatus just over a year ago. I was using the cable station for most of my RC exercises. I thought I was doing ok until I got a little overambitious with overhead barbell squats last week. On the plus side, it isn't as bad as my previous injury...now I'm forced to switch my routine to more cardio. Ugh.

  5. I like Bourdain, but he tries too hard to be cool.

I like Bourdain a lot. He's a lot more "real" to me than most chefs on TV. Thoroughly enjoyed all his books too. It's also great to see when he's around some really great chefs like Ferran Adria. He turns into an 8 year old on best behaviour with his arms in front of him and a humble smile.

The Cosi Grande GMT that Heston was about 3k CAD. Not unreasonably expensive at all.
