Just drop an ETA 7750 in it and call it a day. Send to MD2020 to assemble it for you.

I would stick with the Carrera date chronograph 41mm. They are veryyyyy accurate with the new rotor.

I think you still can but the Lemania clone powered 6538 and the dial is the same as the old 7750 one's, plus they have assymetrical pushers.
