  4. Like the transocean is the bracelet adjustable I have 7inch wrist is this doable, I'm also not really a Rolex fan but that looks ok for the money. Breitling looking better though quite like the bracelet on that one over the gmt2 d

So the wallet is dented but been looking at what's available below 200 dollars including shipping to the UK IWC fa jones looks ok, any cheaper Portuguese models worth a bash. Pam 390 from super mirrors off rwi looks ok but unsure if still available Omega PO seen some beginners I think they called on trusty and toros any of these worth a punt Any other suggestions guys welcomed. Regards D.
  6. nice watch man, I also ventured to the world of pam's recently with first purchase of 111noob wear in good health man cheers D.
  7. came across this on the net, interesting concept and very geeky. what do you guys think. https://kairoswatches.com/ I don't think the look is that bad and the technology behind it is very clever, its also very smart as they are going after the smart watch/phone market. would be interesting to see after launch how it does. hefty price tag though. D.
  8. Doubt anyone could help you from those photos pal. goto www.photobucket.com open an account, upload pics, then on each pic when uploaded it will give you its url on the right hand side to copy and paste into the forum post. easy enjoy D.

  10. Well I chose to get a handmade one commissioned by Tootall from rwi, I have chosen the ammo leather from his samples, decided on stitching and look for keepers and went for a brushed pre V stylle buckle until I can source a gen buckle. cant wait Tootall has been awesome to chat with so far. D
  11. Well decided to take the plunge into the world of reps after much research decided on a pam 111 v3 noob. After trawling the forums and TD's reviews over and over I decided to go with Toro, so I made some enquiries via site and email I decided on the 111 v3. Toro has been spot on throughout he answered my queries and was patient with me and my first newbie rep jitters etc, he then was even more awesome and verified me for payment via paypal so: Payment made 06/05/14 Payment received 07/05/14 Received QC pics later that day on the 07/05/14 A few more questions from me to Toro over the next 2 days and confirmed QC and accepted them on the 09/05/14 I Asked Toro if any shipping or tracking details on the 11/05/14 and received details the following day. I didn't bother with it until Tuesday when I first checked tracking details I continued to watch all day Wednesday as a newbie would getting more excited by the hour and went to bed happy that it was tracked to France. Woke up today tracking showed it cleared customs early hours and about an hour ago the doorbell went with a happy FedEx guy holding a parcel and wanting a signature. So the pam has landed Running with rep strap that it came with for now but I have decided I'm getting one made as it's so beautiful it needs to be shown off properly. So already in talks with tootall for ammo strap. So it's started and it went very smoothly for me so hope you new guys have the same experience, like to say thanks to Toro for a smooth transaction and all the forum guys I have pestered with questions over the last couple of weeks Cheers Wear in good health D.

  15. Hello fellow newbie from the UK Pretty new here myself posting wise but hung around in the wings doing lots and lots and lots of reading. Best advice I can give is study all the forum sticky topics, read reviews, highlight the brand you like and want then do more reading. It all helped me make my first choice for a pam which is on order and awaiting delivery and the trick to that is to expect to wait and hopefully it all goes smoothly. As other have said it will take over your free time, you will be reading way into the early hours and you will be quickly emptying wallet and savings, I'm already on the look out for IWC3777 or omega PO with orange. welcome and enjoy D.
  16. Cheers guys Some good looking stuff here I want vintage brown and a black of some sort. Thanks for the replies D.
  17. cool cheers man, do you own a Pam if so what you got it coupled to? regards D.
