All seems fine here. I have also asked OP for his order ID so i can check the backend of my website to see order processed. Can the title of this thread be changed please? It does not seem to be an accurate title for this thread.

Hey Guys, Sorry for posting this here, for the longest time i have not been able to create threads in my own sub-forum here on RWG, and despite PM'ing Admin many times about it, it hasn't been fixed. Unfortunately over the weekend a pipe burst in our office, flooding the place and causing some serious damage. We have had to leave the office for the repairs to be done and everything to be fixed to be operational again. We are having it fixed as fast as we can and we aim to be back to taking and fulfilling orders within the next week. We are still accessible by email and LiveChat (over the website), but for now until the repairs are complete we have disabled the shopping cart over our website. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and we thank you for your patience and understanding.

NEW UPDATE - 02.23.16 Sorry for the delay guys, this is taking longer then expected! We currently do not have an ETA on the launch of the new site, but we are working on it day and night! Of course when we launch we will have a discount code for this inconvenience and also to celebrate the new site! The problem is our old platform was based on a eCommerce package called Webasyst, which next to no-one knows how to use. We had to hire a specialist company to do the migration, and they have run in to some unexpected issues. Moving over years and years of previous orders, customer profiles and 10,000+ watches, all with 10+ pics per watch and videos is no easy task! Please bear with us, we are working as hard and as fast as we can to get this up ASAP.
-
Our website will be offline from the 15th - 17th approximately whilst we are migrating and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We assure you that it will be well worth it! Our new site is beyond amazing! Here is but a small list of upgrades: Full redesign to be simple and sleek Easier to browse Easier to search for products Easier to pay Checkout and data far more secure Integrated live chat Integrated support site A knowledge base packed with articles So, so much more Pending orders are all completely fine, they will be dealt with after Chinese new year - 18th Feb onwards. We will extend our 5% Chinese new year discount code by the amount of days our website may be down. If you need to get in touch with us, here is our information: Sales: puretime.sales@gmail.com - Online during CNY Events: puretime.events@gmail.com - Online during CNY Billing: puretime.billing@gmail.com QC: puretime.qc@gmail.com Tracking: puretime.tracking@gmail.com Repairs: puretime.repair@gmail.com Skype Live Chat: puretime.livechat - Online during CNY

First of all i would like to apologize for the delay in responding to this thread. I was made aware of it by Mike on a bike quite a few days ago, however i have been so preoccupied with some other matters that i have only had the time to sit down and get to it now. Again, please accept my sincerest apologies sir. I would like to ask you, irolexu... were you at any point offered by my staffs to send the watches back to us for a free repair and free reship? I would also like to ask... why did you not come to me about this directly via PM if you were not getting a favorable response from my staff/s? I have not had a PM from you about this (that i can see), yet it bothers you enough to create a thread about it and let a mod get involved. I would like to help correct this, but i would like to also say that threads like these are in somewhat of a bad taste. Writing a thread like this is damaging to a TDs reputation, and i feel (just my personal take on things) that a thread like this should be reserved for when you have exhausted all ways of trying to get this solved. You have been here almost 4 years, very high post count, so i know you know how to work with TDs, and i know you know about watches. Your problems clearly occurred during the shipping process: 1. "blue dial DJII and when it came the paint had chipped off the dial" - was it so in the QC pics? If not, then how can we be at fault for this? We didn't send you a defective product, but the shipping was clearly very bad, something we don't have a control over 2. "Day-date II ordered and what I received is by no means even acceptable! The watch has rotor parts rattling around inside, the stem is coming all the way out and no matter how much I wind it it will not run" - do you honestly think a watch will pass QC like this? Sir, the watch goes through THREE QC tests before QC pics are even sent: a. QC, physical check with eyes and hands, if passed... b. Waterproof check, put in dry test machine to check for waterproof - would not have passed this with defective stem c. Time accuracy check DEFINITELY wouldn't have passed this with the mentioned issues So clearly, (and to me this should have been very obvious to a long term and dedicated member such as yourself) these problems did not start here at PureTime. This is not to say that i don't want to handle them, i am truly sorry this happened to you and you did not get the level of service you expected from us. I would like to make you happy, so please PM me and we can work things out. All i ask is next time, please come to me instead of writing a thread, because it saves so much time for you, saves so much hassle and not-needed bad PR for me, and everyone can be happy. Finally thank you to Mike on a bike for alerting me to this and taking your time on this. Much appreciated my friend! A

Hey Guys, Sorry for posting this thread here, but i am trying to get more visibility to my raffle that i am throwing within my sub-forum here. I had great success with these raffles before here on RWG, and most recently on RG and RWI. The profits go to the forum as a donation, so it is for a good cause, and one of you lucky guys can walk away with an AP Silver Themes for $20! Please view it here and if you are interested drop me a PM: http://www.rwgforum.net/topic/172528-puretimes-august-raffle-ap-silver-themes-only-20-profits-to-the-forum/

Hey Guys! For the longest time i have not been able to create threads within my sub-forum here on RWG. I have PM'ed Admin about this a few times, with no response. This is the only way i can get a message out there, so pardon me for this not being in my sub-forum, but i hope people can spread the news: Effective immediately we will be using our new domain name: www.Pure-Time.com The old domain (www.puretime-asia.com) is still live, and will only be so for a few days more. Cheers! Angus

Pls Be Careful When Oerdering From PureTime Watches
PureTime replied to rogersk8ter's topic in General Discussion
I understand your frustration and we do not run the post office and we already asked the EMS and they coud not tell me where the package is and why it was delayed, I really dont know how to answer these questions, I hoped we could hand over the watch to you personally so we can know everything happened in between but we could not. Please dont worry and you will get your watch, this is only a matter of time, this is not a common happening, if it is delayed, it wont happen to you next time, if it is lost, I will reship. So you have nothing to worry about, ok? -

Hi rogersk8ter, I am sorry about this and when the package is shipped and we really cannot control what happened next, we can only ask the EMS office and get back to you, we were not as responsive as you expected regarding this because we did not have any information abou this. Anyways I will check and let you know, sorry about this. -

Troublesome AP ROO Diver V3 purchase at Puretime
PureTime replied to a topic in The Audemars Piguet Area
I am sorry lunarglide if you have not received our replies, some of our clients reported that our emails ended up in the spam folder. And you can always PM me if my staffs are not able to help you. AP Diver V3 is on back order at the moment, if you can wait then please just place an order on my site and I will send QC pics once the stock arrives. We were off on Sunday and Lalia was on sick leave on Monday, then we had a site down in the Monday evening, so it may caused the delay in reply. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. -
Thanks Draven451 for your help as always And yes the PM is the direct contact to me, I am checking the PMs by myself. I am sending you a PM now and please reply with your order info, thanks ThePimp for your order and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

The Ultimate PAM111M Teardown Review (150 images)
PureTime replied to PureTime's topic in The Panerai Area
test Thanks for spending so much time to read this review! In case you are interested in purchasing any of them, you can consult your favorite dealer about H-Maker and Noob-Maker PAM111M, most of them know these 2 watches. Thanks for reading! -
I have been asked by the same questions for more than 10 times a day: "Angus what are the differences of H-Maker PAM111M and the Noob-Maker PAM111M?" Honestly I was not 100% sure about the differences and they look very similar from outside. Luckily I have found a teared down genuine PAM111 (but no movement and strap) so I planned to do a review for it. So we can know what are the differences between the rep and the gen, and the differences bwteen the 2 PAM111M replicas. This review took me 5 hours to take the pics and 8 hours to organize and edit/comment the images. Hope you guys can give me some little support so it will promote me doing it again in the (not near) future. OK, BS is over (lol), let's see the review, please make sure you have enough time for 150 pics
-
The 2 green subs I used in the comparison are from the maker, yes I mentioned 1:1 replicated from a gen sample and it is true, but the maker obviously didnt rep it well, I did not intend to confuse you guys but if the 1:1 replication is not appropriate and I can remove it. The sample was returned to the maker and I forgot to test it on a time grapher machine, I thought they were in stock and I could always test it later but the maker told me it will take me a few days to get it because they need to test more carefully on this movement. No one has received any QC pics or watch from me yet as I have not got them. I said what I am told only, I never used white lies in my business, I am not experienced enough or I would have already tried to swap the clone into the gen case. Please email me if you have any questions regarding this watch/movement and I am happy to assist. I have called the maker when I see this post and he will try to deliver me the watches to me asap.
