  2. Hey Guys, I am making it my mission to single-handedly prove that us dealers aren't robots, that we do have a sense of humor (at least i do, ha)! Therefore, my first "campaign" is to officially launch "Puretime's Joke of the Day". Enjoy... Angus

I just want this trade and this hobby to be the best it can be. So any input i can give to the makers, i am more than happy to do so. Thanks again buddy. Mr. DAMN.., It has been a while! Glad to see you are back also, look forward to bumping into you on the board my friend.

  5. Dear Forum Members, Dealers, Mods and Admins, Over the past few weeks my mind has been getting sentimental on me; for I find myself missing something that I haven’t done in a long time. This particular thing is one of the things I used to truly enjoy doing, unfortunately, due to my heavy work load I have allowed my hobby to somewhat fade away, not entirely so, but to a large extent. The hobby I miss is posting on the forums; not just within my sub-forum, but all across the forum in many different sub-forums. I used to be a lot more active generally across the forum, I would post, read, do a bit of lurking, look at your watches for sale and your eye candy pics, and so on. What I have come to realize is that I got into this business for my passion for watches and a desire to own my own company. My passion became my business, all in all, I feel very blessed to be in this business; servicing my loyal customers and gladly welcoming any new customers. I have also made many friends over the forum. However as with any passion, you want to talk about it (and other things) with people that share the same passion; this is what I miss the most. I am writing all of this with a mission in mind; (not just getting teary eyed and sentimental here, lol) and that is to once again become very active on the forums; the places where I got my chance to succeed and create a thriving and professional business. I will be launching a few stable threads in the next couple of days, threads that interest or entertain me on a personal level, and which I feel will interest and entertain you on a personal level. Keep an eye out across the whole forum for me, you will find me in a few different places very soon, and I look forward to any responses I may get. I personally want to thank each and every one of you for your contribution to the forum, without you guys, I wouldn’t be here and probably wouldn’t be in this industry. I also want to truly thank the Mods and Admins for their outstanding work, time and dedication to our passion and for creating and maintaining this forum… a place many of us think of as “home” on the internet. I look forward to hearing from you, my friends; and I look forward to calling many more of you my friends in the very near future. Cheers, Angus
  6. Congrats my dearest friend Raymond, wear it well and I hope it does not resist you from buying reps from me in the future lol
  7. very good shots Ray, are you interested in taking official pics for my watches? LOL
  8. dont know if they sell dials... 001-100 will be made repeatedly.
  9. it wont be expensive, just plus the cost to cost the case, remake the dials, fix the lugs and the most expensive thing is the velco strap (min order is 3000 pcs), they will be available in Asian clone and Swiss ETA movement versions and I believe everyone here can afford one. Each watch will be provided with 2 straps, one black and one green, I believe the green nato strap will look nice.
  10. I cant purchase the current GMT2c and do the PVD because the bezel cannot be removed easily. But we would have to find some means to do it.
  11. thanks and I will let them know, hope they have not done the PVD yet

  13. Just read this post because of some forum members asking me if my APROO are real MBW. I just want to clearify a few things: 1. Patek Nautilus, I have never advertised them as MBW, the first thing I wrote on my post was "are you still thinking of MBW?" which implied this is not from MBW and this is an alternative to the MBW PP Nautilus, the quality is not comparable but at least it is cheaper and more people can afford it, I just want to enthasis I have NEVER advertised my Chinese Nautilus as MBW. 2. The Vintage 1665, I have stated very clearly in my post that the case of that watch was copied from the MBW 1665, I bought an MBW 1665 from Watchmaster 2 years ago and I trashed it when I was modding it and I put it in my drawer until a couple months ago a small maker tole me he wanted to make a vintage Rolex, and I gave him the MBW 1665 case and tell him to use that case. Finally he made that watch and as a friend, I just post it on the forums to sell (sell for a friend) and I really gave him the case to make this watch so I wrote "case copied from MBW 1665", I did not know I did something wrong with this. If I mis lead anyone, please accept my appology. 3. APROO, I dont want to explain but t hey are real MBW, I dont know if there is any difference between MBW and MBK but my APROO are from the same factory which makes the MBW APROO, I believe the factory is not owned by Maria and why cant I order watches from the factory? I can send one of my APROO to anyone who have already got an MBW APROO and if he proves this is not an MBW APROO and I will remove all MBW wording from my posts. 4. I HATE mis-presentation and I NEVER mis-represent any of my products, I have customers correct my mistakes in the post and I am willing to correct them. If someone can prove my MBW APROO is fake MBW and I am also willing to remove the "MBW" wordings. 5. I am not an member of any cartel, I work on my own and I have no business relationship with any of the dealers in the forums. I am sorry for what I did to cause this misunderstanding and I will be more careful with my product description in the future.
  14. Maybe you are correct! But the pics you referred were from the official web-site which may not be the same as the final products on the market, the maker bought the Limited Edition to make this replica so the Limited Edition should look better. Anyways this is only a sample and I hope the final thing will be better. I will show your pics to the maker and see if he missed anything, thank you for your efforts!
  15. Read about the recent discussion about the new Chopard MM GT XL Chrono so I would like to point you the way =) There are 2 versions of Chopard MM GT XL Chrono in the market, let's call them Ver.1 and Ver.2, Ver.1 is completely crappy, with incorrect date position and the caseback engraving is awful, here are some scans: And the Ver.2 is made quite well but still far away from perfect, they moved the date window to the correct position and made a very well rotor!!! This is the most promising part on Ver.2!! I did not post any of these on the forums because I knew (more than half a year ago) the HBB maker is making the ultimate edition already, so I wait... and now finally I got some samples and took some comparison pics between the Ver.2 and the Ultimate edition, and I will led you to see the differences between them, I chose the limited edition as this project's object to have more details to explain the differences, let's start! First the front view, too small, cannot see clearly, let's zoom in.... the ultimate edition on top Ok, see the differences? Ultimate edition on top, too many differences, but mainly pay attention to the subdials, the BIG "12" and "6" printed on the crystal and ... the Anti-Reflective Coating! The ultimate edition has a blue tint on the crystal because it is single AR coated (I see some dealers say it is double AR coated:shh: But it is understandable becauase the AR is really superb! Hope they will correct this later:lol: ). These 2 pics show the cyclops and the datewheel printing difference, Ultimate edition on top, something you cannot see here, the ultimate edition has the cyclops and crystal in ONE PIECE but the Ver.2's cyclops is stick on the crystal so you can see the magnifying power is very much different! The date printing on the UE is very much better than the V2. Also see the dial printing, the V2 has wrong font used. Please also take a look at the inner bezel height, the V2 is toooo high, the UE has a low angle inner bezel. OK, UE on top, something you may not notice, the crystal design is completely wrong on V2 (or maybe it is difficult and expensive to make it right). Look at the dial at an angle of about 160 degrees and we can still read the dial of the UE very clearly, but the V2... let the pic speaks... 2 pics show the texture of the dials, UE on top Side view and crown engraving, UE on top, the crown engraving is much clearer on the UE than the V2. As the V2 has not finished the limited edition caseback yet so they are still using the display caseback, let's see how good the solid caseback of the UE, acording to the maker, it is 99.99% same as the genuine, even the depth of the engraving This ultimate replica is releasing about the end of December, unfortunately we cannot wear this beauty during Christmas, we will all wait for the factory to make it perfect before releasing, we have patience
  16. yeah I noticed that too, I will post here when there is any updates, thanks for commenting this By-Tor :-)
  17. Absolutely not By-Tor, look at the bezel markers, his are too fat, the rolex logo on the dial, the crown, bezel teeth, the 6 o' clock "SWISS MADE" and the minute markers below it...etc. I am pretty sure no one knows about this because this is a private project. This is the final thing already, the factory makes only genuine parts for other watch brands so they cannot engrave the lugs and inner caseback, this is not made by the replica factory but a factory makes OEM parts for other watches. I dont know how to make sure it is 904L steel and the bezel is platinum plated... I have also got a 1:1 16520 Daytona case which accept Zenith movement (also no lug engravings and inner caseback engravings, dont know if from the same factory), when I have more time and I will take some pics.
  18. Just got the case and dial from a factory, saying this is a 1:1 Yacht-Master case, which will accept genuine movement, as I dont have a 3135 movement on hand and I did not try but for sure this dial does not fit an ETA movement (the date window is to the left of the ETA datewheel). The factory also says they use 904L steel for this case and the bezel is platinum plated, as I dont know how to test so I just skip them. Hope By-Tor and BK and other experts will comment on this. 200+ mails are waiting for me, I let the pictires talk. Front view, noob on top Side view, noob on top Crown tube, noob on top Crown font, noob on top Crown back, noob on top Close up side view, pay attention to the crown position, crown guard, bezel teeth and crystal height, noob on top Caseback teeth, noob on top Dial, noob on top, please neglect the missing lume on the noob dial and missing paint on the new dial, seems the noob printing is better? Dont know... Side view, noob case is slightly thicker, noob on left Side view, noob on bottom Lug view, noob on bottom, no engraving for the new case (the factory says because they are not allowed to make replica so they cannot do the engraving) Lug view 2, noob on bottom Caseback view, pay attention to the polished area, noob on left Sorry for the simple and unprofessional review, enjoy :-)
  19. We have gen watch in 47mm already =) As the limited resource so the unbranded caseback and cg is not possible =(
  20. 44mm minifiddy with 4mm california dial and unbranded Asian 6497 movement on black calf strap and white stiching, one of the nicest watch I have ever built, because I have only one 44mm mini-california dial so I want to share with you =)
  21. Hi Lello, the new Ingy with double AR are in either available in ETA-2836 movement or ETA-2824 movement. As I have direct contact with the factory owners, if you have any questions about watches, you can just e-mail me and I can call them for direct inquiries.
  22. How does it look? More pics please read here: http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showforum=64
  23. wow nice work tourby, I have a solid 18K gold 44mm case which accepts 6498 movements, I will confirm this with the factory and e-mail you. Hope I can help you to complete this project!
