What would perhaps be the motive behind this? I do not condone what RG did but I do not recall RG boasting that they are bigger than anyone else...maybe there are self serving reasons we do not know about.

I've been told by my watchsmith that also in gens you can find pieces of dust or small particles that come from the lume when it gets older.

This means the gens are assembled two doors away from the sweater and dust factory. The rep assembly room however is just right next door...between the gen and the sweater and dust factory.

That pic just sealed the deal on what you should wear for diving.

What else can the D&D 2020 module based on eta 2824 be used for?

Wow this just put on a different light on gens for me....i guess there are tolerances the gen manufacturers deem acceptable. so why pay big bucks when you can get the same "tolerances" from a rep

...and make sure the lume is good otherwise get it relumed!

The design elements of #1 and #2 remind me so much of Oakley's watch. What accessories were the designers wearing on them? The third one mixes old and new styling but nothing new.

I have so many reps pass through my hands. One of the first reps I have is an AP Jumbo. I still have it and it runs no problem. Majority of A7750 I have had did not have any problem until 3+ years. Lately, one arrived and after a few days it went dead. The problem is always the same - the movement is full of dirt and dry. So if you really like the rep you have, get it serviced and it will last longer and keep good time.

Not exactly but close enough. The gen window nips the near corner of the next bar. Very close indeed. I think i will be pulling the trigger on this one.

The Cartier Santos Chrono just came out in A7753 and is starting to grow on me.....

Just checked the bay and a used dial is around $550. So anyone going in with this project will see about $2k and still a fraction of what a gen would cost.
