How about the JLC Toubys being sold by Angus? Look pretty decent on the face of the watch...though some markings on the back are off (at least it has the jeweller's stamp etc.)

As Ken rightly pointed out, this can be, and is, a very expensive (and interesting) hobby. And I agree with you that most of the reps in India are cheap knock-offs being sold by road-sides or dinghy shops.
Enjoy your stay here.

Uploading some pics of the Missing rubber parts.
The rubber part is a flat rubber strip that needs to be stuck to the chrono pusher. Not sure what glue to use for this.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
So I managed to get the small rubber parts for the Chrono pusher for my HBB.
Now the problem is ....how to fix it to the chrono pusher. The chrono pursher has a small hole in it that the rubber part can go into...but am afraid that it will come off again. Is there any kind of glue that can be used for affixing this?
Cheers
Noticed that there is an issue with materials list markings on the back of the HBB.
Josh's site shows the correct version - says "Ceramic Gold 750 and Titanium". On Angus and Slix's site it does not say Gold 750 behind the Gold version HBB.
Is Josh the only one carrying this?
Agreed! The problem is that there aren't too many places that would service a rep or know how to service the 7750.
I am in Singapore....and haven't really come across anyone yet who can do the job.
After owning both the all Steel and the Steel with Ceramic HBB, am leaning towards getting a Rose Gold HBB with Ceramic (not the lite version).
Was wondering if there are any dealers who will actually properly service/lubricate/seal the watch before shipping it out (at an extra cost..if required).
Have had some issues with the 7750 movement lately and hence am a stickler for getting this serviced before having it shipped to me.
Experts...pls help.
Got a Chopard GTXXL Black face. I am not a a big fan of the dunlopr tyre strap and want to chenge it to a nice leather strap.
Can anyone pls share what is the size of the strap that will fit this watch? Am sure I can get some of our dealers here to supply one.
Another question....do the strap dealers listed here put proper markings on the strap as well?
Thanks
Will do mate.
Spoke to a friend in Manila just now....was mentioning there is a shopping centre (can't recall the name) where he saw a Hublot that looked pretty decent. Will check it out and update here once am back.
Cheers
I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for the watch to arrive. Most likely a scam site. You either won't receive the watch....or if you do...it'll be a cheap $20 knock-off.
Check out the dealer section here.....tried and trusted!
Saw these two new watches @ King's site:
http://www.kingwatches.net/OMEGA-159.htm
http://www.kingwatches.net/OMEGA-160.htm
Can any experts pls comment on the quality of the reps. Are they fantasy models?
Cheers
Came across this watch on King's site: http://www.kingwatches.net/VC-072.htm
Looks pretty decent and the description says it has Sapphire Crystal and real diamonds (ya rite). Also comes with a bevy of straps.
I quite like the crisp engraving on the case back (says 56 diamonds.....I counted...there are actually 56 diamonds on the watch)
Can some experts pls comment on this....is it a fantasy model / close to gen / glaring defects?
Cheers
