Lost a dear friend not long ago and quite frankly I have been down in the dumps since. Well tonight I thought I would raise a couple of glasses in his honor and you know what I feel damn good. Roy was a drinking buddy of mine but more he was also a long life friend through our music association and on my last visit before he passed away he asked me when I was going to start playing again. I said "Roy lets make a deal, you get better and get out of here (hospital) and I will start playing within a week" Roy reached across and shook my hand but then he looked me in the eye and said "Ken I can't promise to get better but I do promise I will get out of here". The thing about his funeral was the musicians came from all over and formed a mass band in the foyer to play hymns, beautiful way to go. So anyway these couple of glasses has steeled my reserve and I think I just might start working on the old embouchure again. Bottoms up my friends. Ken

If you really like the Briet but want functioning stop watch aannnddd you don't mind tic tic tic tic get a quartz one. They are as cheap as the 21j (in most cases) and everything works. Ken

If you like it buy it, I have a few 21j watches myself. However... Is what I mean by day/Month, yes like that they work but a stopwatch function needs seconds/minutes/hours. Ken

I honestly couldn't say, I was focused on the OP. That said it's still 2 pages long so there can't be too many posts missing, it was also widely read so I'm sure if others saw their posts missing we would have heard about it by now. The whole point is that when I am wearing my dealers hat customers must look on me as a dealer and that means the same way they do other dealers. I have a track record of making customers happy that very few even in genuine sales can boast, yet this kid can breeze in and try to sully my name all because he wanted me to fix his issue in the way of his own choosing. Very many can testify that I will go the extra mile (and I do mean further than other dealers would be prepared to do) to fix problems. All it takes is what you see members telling disgruntled buyers all the time "Have you tried to sort it with your dealer?" Maybe the biggest issue is not why the thread was locked but why it was allowed to blossom in the first place. Ken

Actually I can't remember most of the posts and went back to see what your posts were, I assumed they had just been set invisible, but found them gone. It's possible another mod felt your post was an attack on the OP and in the interest of fairness removed them. The reason for the locking would be simply because the OP's every post was blatant trolling and our board along with every other internet forum does not tolerate trolls. Ken

I have just been on a wild search to track down a song aired on Brothers and Sisters season 5 episode 4 but have drawn a blank everywhere I have tried.
