this repgeeks dials L SWISS MADE L looks a bit off the center, but I know and I expect it to be just a photo optic failure. But anyway I still like DSN one better, looks more gen to me So what we got now? V's CG, t crowns, DSN real shaphire, this one dial here and hands, better and better movements that we can get an almost 1:1 rep pam? For like, what? A price of a used gen?

I mine got free of charge from a local photo camera service place, looked for them for quite some time, I tell ya, this is the place to look. And be sure to get stainless. At that time my dealer Trusty helped me by saying he can sell me no screws but the whole CG with screws only for a cosmic money. You get the idea cheers EDIT: yeah, and I left my watch there so the guy could maqtch the screws with wholes at watchs case, those chinise ones had some dimensionally messed up thread size and barely any screw fitted

a lie always comes out. Its about time someone took care of those cartel guys. All they care was money, the good of the customer was the last of their interest. you think manufacturer would really care for this or be that smart to avoid simpliest shaphire autencity test? Nope, no chance This watch came from TWP from FathersDay sale at RWI nearly a year ago and it wasnt really advertised as shaphire but when I told TWP that crystal passed water drop test he told me some of hes cheap asian Pams comes with shaphire, I had no doubt in what he told me until now. I brushed this crystal with many surfaces through the time I own it and I remember one time I brushed it with the edge of my car window glass that scratched my other mineral pam one day in the past and it came harmless out of the action. I really believe that either way I did touched it with someting unusuall or I might have only thought it got in contact with cars window glass edge that time then. Anyway theres something clearly wrong Water drop test and this scratch? Damn strange

I mean, can those chinise manufactures make a mineral crystals that can cheat a water drop test? The most popular test?? This would be an absurd!!

I told myself never ever buy anything without a shaphire glass. Guess what? Woke up today seeing this [censored]. Im mad as hell. I cant remember anything I did with my watch yesterday that could give me this gift. No, I wasnt drunk. Either way I had to touch my watch against something really really unique yesterday or this so called shaphire, which passed water drop tests and few others, has less in common with real shaphire than I could expect. Anybody knows if theres a way to remove this scratch other than replacing the whole crystal? Kuba

looks outstanding!! detailed photos shows amazing job by the factory I was considering getting myself a pvd watch but our dealers coating is nothing compared to this. This is far better than the gen coating or am I just mistaken? btw Rolli, please, if you could, PM me with info about the overall price on getting case plus CG, screws and crown PVD'ed. waterproofing for shower? all of my reps that were never waterproofed are resistant to shower swimming is different, Ive read once that they check the gaskets and if needed rub them with silicone or something else. But im not sure, moreover his method may vary from others

Ok Im looking forward to it I wanted to have a different radiomir, 183 is a great great classy and astonishing watch for sure and if I wont make up my mind I will get myself a SS case

ok I didnt check that at Silix offer, you're both right. So their PVD can be scratched easily so there no option getting it brushed? Its thin PVD coating and every scratch will be visable in white?

Hey friends, as Im up to get myself a radiomir as a classy add to pams I have I got this sort of thinking. typical radiomirs like 183 has the same material for case, same see through caseback and I started thinking what if I try to get a radiomir with classy, simple look but the one that definitly looks different. As I have little cash to spend on new pam, Silix's Ceramic Black Seal got my attention. But as always Im not 100% sure about its accuracy. And I need your help. Does the ceramic feels properly? I mean is it like the real ceramic feel? And what about its weight? How can I compare it to a SS case? I see this particular one a little bit too shiny but I am thinking that I can use something to make it look more brushed. Can this be done with this kind of case material? I could get myself a new piece that looks way different than my other pams. Every comment is very appriciated Cheers, Kuba
