Really having trouble finding a CONUS Rolex modder who can install a new tube on a sub, and a stem, so that a gen gold crown can be installed on an ETA movement. Any suggestions?

Any suggestions on a fix, other than sending it in, for a Rolex crown that won't "bite" down on the tube? It worked fine, now it won't tighten down to close off the tube. Thanks

Why can you not just touch up the paint? The numbers are deeply recessed.

So, I'm not a newbie. I have about 10 reps and a gen, but my question is, how are reps made? It's gotta take a butt load of tooling equipment to reproduce a good quality Rolex or Pam copy. Does anyone know the steps from raw materials to finished product and how it all comes together? Especially with so many brands and models. Thanks in advance.
